“We had a great time here . Staff was friendly and accommodating to us . The two hot tubs were vacant most of the time which allowed us to soak it up as much as we could ! They gave us little s'mores and lit the fire pit about 6 every night which was a nice treat . Quiet little spot close to downtown and the hot springs . We opted for a room above the gas station to have our own shower and bathroom but the cabins look cute too !! Plus they are dog friendly >>>> Great experience ”

“This place is absolutely gorgeous! The room was cozy though I didn't spend as much time there as I did downstairs in the dining area. Everything on the menu I tried was delicious and they were discussing new items while I sat there. EVERYONE was SO friendly, I didn't want to leave!”

“We were comfortable here, in a condo with a rather pleasant view of the San Juans and Lake San Cristobal. The owners really have provided the full complement of kitchen needs for this tidy unit, as well as plenty of games or puzzles if you end up spending time indoors. Try Lake City-opoly! Furniture is comfortable. It was very clean throughout. Water pressure was great. Sitting on the deck, relaxing is also a requirement here as the views are as described above. We enjoyed the mountains first...

“This is my annual ice climbing group's 3rd year staying here and I have stayed with the Gowdys at other properties several other times, personally. They are amazing hosts and all their properties are great. The Bonnie Rose is a really cool old house, yet comfortable in all the ways you'd want.
