Then gave us a hard time about checking in early when it was already 3:00, not crowded, and rooms available. “The hotel was beautiful. The stay was great, but the cleanliness of the rooms were terrible. There was red hair all on the walls in the bath tub that do not belong to us. We do not have red hair! Super gross. The previous family that stayed left behind a pink container with a bunch of snacks in containers. How long was that there for I don’t know I could not believe it. I don’t think my room was cleaned and checked before my families stay.”

“Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!”
