Questa nuovissima suite attico di 1000 piedi quadrati + si trova all'ultimo terzo piano dell'edificio Ouray Alchemist di recente costruzione nel cuore della città. Le tonalità pieghettate bidirezionali offrono l'eccellente combinazione di viste mozzafiato sulle montagne circostanti a 360 gradi con la giusta quantità di privacy desiderata. È il paradiso romantico perfetto per godersi le numerose attività nella avventurosa zona di Ouray.

C'è un ponte di 400 piedi quadrati che offre una vista privata del Chief Ouray Mine, Cascade Falls, l'Anfiteatro e Twin Peaks. This suite has all the comforts of home, and it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. The views are stunning! It was lovely to have a cup of coffee while watching the hummingbirds on the patio in the back and people-watching from the veranda overlooking Main Street in the front. This was my first experience with renting a room like this. I would highly recommend it over a hotel room. Thank you Nancy for your warm hospitality and for sharing your home with us.

The Best Secret in Ouray

Our hosts spoiled us on the amenities that were thought of to have to use around the apt. Every appliance worked well. Very clean and not overcrowded with items. The air conditioner in great working order. The windows were spotless and there were a lot! The outdoor front balcony was a plus to see the beautiful views. So many other amenities we didn’t get a chance to use. So relaxed and comfy, we hardly left the apt. The hosts gave us the use of their garage for our rental car. It was perfect for what we were looking for and can’t wait to go back and stay at the Alchemist and see Nancy & Curtis.

Ouray vacation time

Host Nancy was so nice, considerate and professional. She provided me with a personal tour and explained where everything was located and how the equipment worked. Nancy had me call her when I arrived and met me at the garage to introduce herself and to welcome me. My stay was perfect with a beautiful view of box canyon from the kitchen, dining and living room and from the bedroom. Two decks. One in front over looking Main Street, mountains and downtown Ouray and one in back viewing the water fall and beautiful mountains.

Our stay at the Penthouse suite was nothing short of amazing. Perfect views and all the amenities you could ever want or need. From the front deck and through the front windows you can see Canyon falls and from the rear deck and bedroom, you can see Cascade falls. This Penthouse is in the center of town and easily in walking distance from all the restaurants and taverns. The owners were amazing and recommended a few places for us to try. All were perfect. I would highly recommend this Suite to anyone wanting a perfect vacation.

Beautiful place with gorgeous views.

This is our 2nd time staying here and has now become our favorite. The place is so clean, furnished amazingly & Nancy & Curt are phenomenal hosts. Very personable, quick to communicate and so accommodating. Made our stay wonderful. The penthouse is in an excellent location. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time in Ouray, CO to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and staying here was the icing on top. I would highly recommend this penthouse and we would definitely stay here again. The location is extremely convenient as it is right off the Main strip, and the views are unbelievably beautiful. The home was clean, safe, and had everything we needed (tissues, different pillow options, extra blanket). The host was very amiable and kind to meet us at the very beginning and to give us the 'lay of the land'. We wish we were still in Ouray!

Awesome Views

The hosts Nancy and Kurt went out of their way to make our stay extraordinary. She printed out hiking trails for us and there were numerous personal touches including extra kitchen and toiletry supplies. The house was very spacious and comfortable with a great in town location. My favorite part were the amazing views of the spectacular canyon. Thank you.

Everything was very clean, high-end and spacious enough for a couple to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Being right on Main Street was super convenient and having garage parking was a bonus. Highly recommend this jewel to make anyone’s stay in Ouray even better.

One of our best stays EVER!

This rental has was everything we hoped for and more! Nancy was a gracious host greeting us with a tour and tips on how to best use and care for the space. The location was ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store, coffee shops, a hot spring pool and the perimeter hiking trail. Our absolute favorite features were the two porch areas. One provided a fantastic view down Main Street and the other gave us a private area to relax, eat and watch the stars. We will absolutely return!

Very clean great views

The place was very clean and neat. Maybe the cleanest rental we’ve stayed at. Nancy met us outside and helped us to get parked in the garage. Then gave us a tour and left us alone after that. Could sit out back and take in the mountain views or out front and people watch and more mountain views. Was well stocked and quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This is our 2nd time at this property. It is wonderful and Curt and Nancy are gracious hosts. The view of the San Juan mountains out the windows of the apartment are breathtaking and Nancy’s attention to the little details to make our stay wonderful. Love the Place!

Exceptional

This is a beautiful property, with great views from every window. The home is stocked with everything you might need, and Nancy is a fabulous host. Loved being able to park in the secure garage. It was great to be right on main street, with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. We didn’t have a chance to tour the Alchemist Museum downstairs but hope to do that the next time we are in town. Overall, the penthouse was amazing and we would definitely recommend it!

We loved the tiny balcony up off of Main Street! We weren't thrilled with the air conditioning system, sitting in chair was directly blowing on you and we froze. But, it had to be on high

Thought we had air conditioning, but it had a swamp cooler. Maybe the water was set too low since it did not cool much. The owner thought no pillows had feathers but once I had a reaction, we found I was using such a pillow. Otherwise very nice.

This property is great. Right in the middle of town. Walkable to the trails and Box Canyon. Nancy was a wonderful hostess. It was clean and private. If you love great mountain views, this is the property for you!! Top notch experience. The apartment also had a swamp cooler. It was not hot in there. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Property in a Beautiful Location

We spent a week here in July and it was a great base of operations for all of our Ouray adventures. The property is centrally located making it easy to get to anywhere you'd want to go. It's also clean, comfortable and well stocked for those times you want to stay in. Whether it's sitting on the balcony out front to people watch or on the deck in back to watch Cascade Falls this property really shines. Our host, Nancy, was also wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the penthouse was amazing. Nancy gives a detailed tour with tons of helpful information. They give attention to every detail and have every amenity at your fingertips. The views are gorgeous whether at the front of the condo or at the back on the deck. We loved our stay and look forward to staying again in the future.
