“The communication was terrible. The staff would not reply to messages through Expedia or to phone calls. There was no other way to contact them. Additionally upon arrival I was sent to 3 different apartments to check into and they were all locked. The room itself was fine but lacked enough towels and an additional set of blankets would have been appreciated as I was cold. ”

“This property was not good at all for us. The parking was so small and with an SUV is impossible to park. The apartment had a moldy smell and the fact that there is no AC, only 1 portable unit for a 2 room apartment was not good for us or my family's health. Still trying to communicate with the property since they would not refund me the money although I was not able to stay there due to my son's health. Awful experience with managements and the facility. Will never go back ”

“We recently stayed at the Bellevue Club Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our stay started with a negative interaction with the valet, who was rude and condescending when we briefly stopped to unload our car. Instead of a welcoming arrival, we were questioned about whether we were checking in before the door was abruptly opened. It set an uncomfortable tone right away. At check-in, we were told we would receive a $25 food credit if we ordered from one of the hotel’s...

“Beautiful tranquil hotel on Lake Washington. This was our second stay and we loved everything about it. Wish we could have stayed longer! The welcome champagne was fantastic, as was the late night snack bar! ”

“La camera era ben arredata e spaziosa, noi avevamo prenotato una stanza con due letti ma il secondo letto non era stato preparato, ci hanno consegnato le lenzuola e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Spropositato il costo del parcheggio pari a 40 $ al giorno...soprattutto non ritengo sia corretto dire ai clienti che non ci sono altri parcheggi più economici quando è possibile parcheggiare in un parcheggio pubblico posto a 50 m spendendo 10 $.”
