First, the positives: the hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The facilities are very new and look clean, and there were no obvious dirty or neglected corners in the room.
Now for the criticisms:
After check-in, my wife and daughter experienced mild allergy symptoms, including red eyes and coughing. I asked the front desk to change the bedding and vacuum the floor. However, after waiting and following up for dozens of minutes, the hotel sent a cleaner who did not understand English to check the situation. I explained my request, but she clearly did not understand—no bedding was changed and no cleaning was done.
The quality and variety of the breakfast do not match the hotel’s standard. It may be the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.
After breakfast, a staff member brought out a receipt with a price on it and asked me to write my room number and sign, even though breakfast was already included in the room rate. This made me uncomfortable, as it felt like I was being forced to sign a charge I did not agree with.
Overall, the hotel’s hardware and facilities are good, but the management is chaotic.
