“Clean”

“Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. ”

“Rooms aren’t as tidy and front desk staff not as accommodating. ”

“the elevator was out ! had to carry our suitcase up the stairs.no one offered to help with luggage. we are 78 years old!! no discount was offered ”

The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. Overall, the hotel seemed run down and seemed to have a lot of shady people and sit”
