“Clean enough to pass muster. Elevator was malfunctioning for 2nd and 3rd floors, so a lot of stairs were taken, given we were 3rd floor. Traveling with support dog-- never an issue before for ESA animal, but was not allowed free this time. They stated they are following ADA guidelines. So, working dogs allowed, but not ESA dog.
