“The apartment is very well laid out with kitchen, dining and living area that can hold quite a few people. Very large and clean above ground pool. The bedrooms are separated from the living area and are really quiet and well laid out. The lake can be seen from the dining and living room and the sitting area at the lake is very peaceful with 4 comfy plastic Adirondack chairs. Highly recommend.”

“Positives: The owners are awesome and very helpful! I couldn’t ask for better hosts! The building and grounds are clean and well kept. Negatives: I didn’t read ahead of time that this was shared space. Maybe I missed it. It worked for us though because the owners were right there and they were helpful! “The location is excellent! Downtown and Watkins Glen State Park are just a short walk. The hosts were excellent and very responsive.”

There is no common sitting area, which is noted in the description, so no complaints, but keep in mind that it does make it difficult for anyone to stop by. Location is right next to campus.”

“We were in town for one night for dinner and drinks with friends. We wanted to be within walking distance from a few restaurants and this place was perfect. Easy check-in process. Place was very clean and roomy for our party of 6 adults. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which had additional beds in them, if you were sharing the space with a couple of families that had children. We would definitely book here again!”
