“Stephen and Judy are wonderful. The woman who works in the mornings had a confirmation number, however the room was booked on your Expedia and I had called her to give her my rewards number. My boyfriend and I have been frequent test of this property, however this woman had a separate reservation when the night was already paid for, and my checkout was not until noon I made multiple attempts to pay over the phone and when I had gotten back, she’d acted as though I was kicked out of the room when...

“Rooms are clean. The walls are thin and can hear people on both sides of the room. Breakfast is good for something quick. Staff are very friendly and accommodating when we needed anything.”

“Breakfast was basic, with hot waffles but no proteins. Air conditioner worked fine. Room was clean but furniture worn. ”

“The dishwasher in our room had something spilled on the front of it that was not cleaned. I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient. ”

“THE ROOM HAD SEVERAL ITEMS THAT NEEDED REPAIRED. THERE WAS DOG HAIR ON THE BED COMFORTER AND HAD TO BE REPLACED”

“The fold out bed in the living room had what looked like dry blood on it. The staff at check out was rude and rushed us to leave. I will never return there especially for almost $300 i paid.”

“This is a nice hotel especially for a family with kids. The staff is excellent and the hotel itself is really clean. I enjoyed the gym because they have a lot of different equipment to use. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are super flat. They had no fluff in them what so ever. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!! ”
