“We arrived to the hotel and while checking in at the front desk, my wife noticed a cockroach crawling near the front desk and floor area. Needless to stay we canceled immediately and left.”

“The room I booked was not available, the staff at the desk was not helpful, manager had to step up. Witnessed unfair treatment of another guest, police were involved. Hot tub jet control was broken. The room freezer had old coke explosion that had been left, not cleaned. ”

We found a dusty shirt from a previous visitor under the bathroom sink. Additionally there was hair in the shower. The pool is small, but perfect for my two young children. They loved it!
