“Upon arrival we were asked if we would like refresh/house keeping during our stay of 5 days, we said yes. Not once did we get any service. On day 3, I asked the desk to make sure we were indeed on the list for services, asked for fresh towels and what to do with our garbage, seeing we had a kitchen/suite with food rubbish and no garbage bags were in any of our receptacles to start.
