“They never came to clean all week. To get a towel, I had to go and get help because no one came. And to top it all off, I paid from Tuesday the 12th to Saturday the 16th. I left on Saturday and dropped off my soldier son there, and it turns out someone came and charged me again on Saturday. Saturday's charge was double. Horrible. I'll never go back to that place.”

“Room was nice, clean. The garbage outside our windows was spilling out dumpster and all over ground. Pool was closed in this hot weather, memorial Day weekend”

“Really not much to like unless you like cheap. Had to pay extra at check in for a third adult 🤔.Requested non smoking and room reeked of cigarettes and Marijuana. Dingy linens and towels. One small wastebasket for the room. No shower curtain liner. Refrigerator leaked overnight and we had to use the towels to clean the floor. That's how we found out the floors were FILTHY 😡. No offer for housekeeping. We had to RETURN THE DIRTY TOWELS BEFORE WE COULD GET MORE????? The shower and tub weren't...

“Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“I checked in and my room had roaches, front desk Carlos was very nice and had accommodated me with another room but unfortunately that room had roaches and bed bugs, hallway smelled like cigarettes and property was un sanitary. Will not book this property again. Glad I was able to get a refund.”

“We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation.”
