“A very clean and beautiful house. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings as well. Host Derrick was very responsive to answe any questions. Also appreciated he accommodating our needs on the last day. ”

“The property is nice and is as it is described. The only thing I would change is the day bed mattress needs to be replaced. Otherwise, a great experience! ”

“Great house for a couple’s getaway. Close to Miamisburg trail head. Lots of great little spots in town to eat and explore. The hot tub was great and it was nice to pair up with your phone music. Neighborhood was great. We loved all the variety in the neighborhood especially the whimsical decor and diverse landscaping. Great stay overall!”

“My family and I drove from the Youngstown area to visit the Cincinnati Zoo & Kings Island. The house was located in a very nice area and was the perfect distance from each of our destinations. It was very private and safe feeling. Nice large yard, however we wish the grass had been cut for our kids to run around in. There was also a bit of a rodent odor in the basement. Overall I would recommend to anyone with a family of 6 looking for a nice, private getaway to the Cincinnati area! ”

“Everything was perfect. So relaxing after a hot day at work. Well equipped.”

“Very comfortable accommodations. We had everything we needed for our stay. Owner even left snacks which we appreciated. The only complaint is that we did not receive a response from the owner regarding our inquiry about which outside garbage cans to use. We just made do with a couple of cans that were out by the road. ”

“We had a comfortable stay at Sleepy Nook.The owners have the home fully stocked and nicely furnished. I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Hamilton.”

“Spencer was an amazing host. The apartment is very large and well appointed. There was a small issue with the shower door gone misusing but we didn’t mention it because Spencer was clearly on top of it already. The location is great right next to the main drag. I recommend this place and would stay here again. ”
