Summit Treehouse & Lavender Farm

The Summit is a striking A-frame treehouse designed to lift you above the ordinary with 3 floors, 3 decks, and scenic views. With dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass, clean modern lines, and a private deck nestled in the trees, this space was built for slowing down, soaking in the view, and reconnecting. It`s located on a working lavender farm, and you can see the only lavender labyrinth in the states through the trees.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early arrival or late check-out may be available by request and may include an additional fee.
• Access codes are provided once payment and required waivers are complete.

• Quiet Time: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Please keep noise and music low at all times.
• Parties, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise may result in fees or eviction without refund.

• Pets must be declared at booking.
• $99 to149 flat fee per pet based on the unit you book
• Pets must be leashed, well behaved, and not left unattended for long periods.
• Please clean up after your pet.
• Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 non-compliance fee.

🚭 Smoking & Drugs
• No smoking inside any building.
• Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

🚗 Vehicles & Parking
• Maximum 2 vehicles per lodging.
• Park only in designated areas.
• Some units require walking from parking areas.
• 4-wheel or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter months.
• Calyx Creek is not responsible for vehicle damage or theft.

🔥 Saunas & Steam Showers (Select Units)
• Use responsibly and follow posted instructions.
• Stay hydrated and limit sessions to safe durations.
• Minors may not use without adult supervision and approval.
• Use at your own risk.

• This is a working farm with natural hazards.

• Farming operations may be happening during your stay.
