“Great motel all round”

“I enjoyed my stay as always. Thank you.”

“Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.”

“Only overnight, but well maintained and get service and communication from staff”

“Amazing and friendly staff and tidy room, maybe a bit let down by the breakfast with only cereal and toast but over all pretty good.”

It was good to have a restaurant onsite for dinner so we didn’t need to venture out. Cons: The shower/bath combo is very slippery and needs to be resealed to stop someone falling. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it makes getting ready really slow as the mirrors fog up etc.”
