  • Mozzafiato Hollywood Beach a casa. Costruito nel 2007 e comprende viste sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. All'ingresso, noterai immediatamente quanto sia luminosa e fresca questa casa. Al primo livello, troverete due camere da letto, un bagno completo, la lavanderia e il garage. Una camera dispone di 2 letti singoli e l'altra di una camera da letto completa. Il garage dispone di tutte le prelibatezze da spiaggia che potresti mai sperare e sono i benvenuti. Il secondo livello comprende la zona giorno, la cucina, la zona pranzo, una terza camera da letto (letto matrimoniale) e un bagno completo. La zona giorno dispone di un comodo divano, camino e TV a schermo piatto. La cucina dispone di mobili in legno, splendidi ripiani in granito, posti a sedere per bar per la colazione ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Il terzo livello presenta un'altra zona giorno con divano letto, TV a schermo piatto e splendide viste sull'oceano. Questa camera da letto principale si trova anche a questo livello e dispone di un letto matrimoniale, camino privato, TV a schermo piatto, mobile bar e bagno privato. Il bagno principale dispone sia di una spaziosa doccia che di una vasca. Non dimenticare di dare un'occhiata al ponte sul tetto! Avrai voglia di trascorrere la maggior parte della tua vacanza quassù con le sue splendide viste sull'oceano, molti posti a sedere per tutta la famiglia e un barbecue! Assolutamente da vedere! Situato dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia.

Great Property and Location

The property was spacious, well-kept and proximity to the ocean was great. The view from the roof top was excellent. Would stay here again.

Magnificent home right at the beach.

Gorgeous property, multiple great places for groups to congregate, roof deck with spectacular views. Fully stocked with everything you need, easy walk to the beach. Top floor suite is spectacular too.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very quiet. The views from the third floor master suite and the roof deck are spectacular. The Re/Max team was easy to work with and responsive, including sending out someone to fix a broken thermostat about an hour after we called. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a fantastic vacation spot. The house is lovely with lots of space and great views from the top floor and rooftop deck. There are bikes, kayaks and beach chairs for use in the garage. The location was wonderful- right across the street from a quiet beach and a short walk to the shopping center (where there is a farmer's market on Sundays). Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property.

Beautiful home, great views, amazing neighborhood

Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome and comfortable stay!

Awesome Property

The house is beautiful. All amenities we needed were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet and well maintained. Nice quiet, walking beach steps from the house. Close to Channel Islands. We also found an amazing coffee shop nearby!

The home was lovely and well appointed. Plenty of room for our family. The kitchen had most things I needed for cooking. The hosts were in regular contact. Only one small issue which could not be anticipated or avoided...with the rain we discovered that the roof leaked. Remax was on it immediately and took care of the problem! This was Christmas eve in Oxnard that rarely gets this kind of storm. We'd love to stay with them again.

Oxnard was a great location to get on and off the freeway, be out of the city and on the beach. We loved that we were able to walk the beach, and see the Channel Islands. The bonus was the sea lions that make Oxnard their home.

Property is exactly as described. While there isn’t air conditioning, we did fine without it by opening windows. Beach access is directly across the street. Those from out of the area may not realize it is a deep beach, meaning that there is a bit of small sand dunes to walk through to reach the water. So just a short hike. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from the host/property manager.
