“Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This apartment was cozy, clean and with many amenities. My family and I stayed at this location as a last minute decision to see Washington D.C. I was surprised to see that they had a pack n play, high chair and very child friendly. This was very appreciated for my 1 yr old nephew. Check-in and checkout was easy. “I was able to secure a last-minute, week-long reservation here, but extending my stay proved to be highly frustrating. When I requested an extension to attend a funeral, the front desk staff provided inaccurate information, forcing me to pack up all of my belongings needlessly. The front desk manager, Corinne Johnson, was neither friendly nor professional and could greatly benefit from further training in basic hospitality.
