“Very clean house and property. Host was concise and included all details needed. House was stocked nicely with linens and supplies. Very nice and kept neighborhood. People walking/jogging late into the evening would definitely recommend and I would stay again if available.”

“This home was perfect for our family get together. We had 4 generations (9 people) stay at this home and it was perfect for all. The first floor is very accessible with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 beautiful, clean bathrooms and the kitchen, dining room, living room and access to the deck overlooking a beautiful yard and the lower floor had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and another more open area (entertainment area) with room to sleep more and access to the lower deck with the hot tub and the yard....

“Neither the living room TV nor one bedroom TV worked. Coffee pot available, but no coffee or even filters provided. Description of property indicated no pets, which we need because of allergies, but we found out when we arrived that pets were allowed with a deposit, and we saw pet hair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.”

“This was a nice home. However it was not clean. The upstairs shower had mold in the bottom or the shower pan both inside and outside the shower. The kitchen was not well stocked. There was only one sharp knife. The one pot found was filthy with burned on food left in the cabinet. I don't cook when on vaca so I did not use any of the kitchen. however if I had cooked it would have been very inadequately supplied to most other places we have stayed. No salt, no pepper, no sugar. “We decided to rent this quaint renovated home in Springfield for our anniversary./Easter weekend. It's in walking distance of the Pythian Castle which we enjoyed the history tour, ghost tour with ghost pics to prove it and their officer lockdown which was tough but fun. Lots of restaurants, felt safe, love the house.”
