“Property clean. Bed comfortable. Some issues with front desk/ manager staff being rude/unhelpful and lacking communication skills with frustrated customers. (Me and family member) This only made the situations more frustrating for us. Notified Expedia, and totally different encounter. They were very helpful and understanding. Property manager for Branson properties did reach out and apologized. I appreciated that.”

“Finally, a hotel with 3 queen sized beds in a room! Yay! Newly remodeled and in an older area of Branson, but less than 15 minutes to anything we wanted to see or do. The free breakfast was hot, but running out of supplies in the last half hour (there were a lot of guests while we were staying), and the front desk people were very laid back and helpful. The pool was outside and gets very busy, and the shampoo, etc, in the shower needed stocked. There was a microwave, mini fridge, and hair...

“Hotel was in need of some deep cleaning and up grades. There needs to be elevators on each end. To far to the elevators. Paid extra for corner room and the windows were so gross did want the curtains open. Very run down property. I was full so there should be money to maintain the property. Simply a cash cow. Sad. You can see it was once a beautiful place.”
