“When we checked in, we were handed the key. Had to ask where the room was located. They also told us there would be sausage, bacon, eggs and stuff for breakfast (as advertised). We got up the next morning to get breakfast from the breakfast room. The door was propped open. So the room was freezing (it was only like 34° that morning), theres literally NOTHING hot to eat. Loved that the pool/hot tub is open 24/7, so if your coming in late and like to soak after a long day, your not on a time crunch to be out by 10:00, like every other hotel.
