“My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car....

“The staff was professional and hospitable. Thanks to all those especially went out of their way to make me feel special. As a person in a wheelchair I would like to suggest adding a vanity mirror to the bathroom. The mirror on the wall is too high. For an accessible room the sink is too high. That is why the mirror is too high. Also, the door entering my “accessible room” feels like 40 pounds of pressure. Way too heavy. “The staff and the hotel were excellent! Couldn't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism! The only improvement I would suggest is more lighting near the extended parking for Lakeside. If the lot is full and you have to park a bit down, the older lighting isn't sufficient to walk in, it's nearly dark for a bit. Otherwise, great place!”

“Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! ”

2/10 Terribile

"I never come back in that place anynore. The staff is very rude and not welcoming at all. At 9,30 pm, upon my arrival the receptionist told me that i couldn't have stayed at the hotel because my credit cards for the deposit has been declined. The room has been paid in advance but she didn't care, it was against the rules! I was traveling with my son 12 years old. It was terrible and scary. In the end, after insisting a lot she finally gave me a room. I was so happy and relief to go at the airport early in the morning the following day. Iwill never stay at Hilton, any of them, in the future."
