Hotel vicino a Pachali Bhairab & the Southern Ghats - Kathmandu

“One of the best hotels Ive encountered in over a month of traveling! Very well maintained and a very kind and helpful staff. Up to Western standards for anybody traveling from abroad who have high expectations in terms of cleanliness and enclosed showers that doesnt get the bathroom totally soaked which a huge plus for me. Would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers who seek comfort and hospitality! I had a wonderful stay!”

“Modern and beautiful hotel. Great view from the window!”

“I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn’t have been more pleased. The location is ideal – tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet, yet right in the heart of the vibrant Thamel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. I’ll definitely be returning!”

Personale gentile e disponibile, bella camera, buona colazione. ”

“Good location, quiet place.”

“Great time, confort ”

“Ashish at reception is like a maestro/ making sure everything is working, guests are happy, etc. he does an awesome job! He has done challenges to work with, such as excessive noise from within the hotel due to an open staircase. It starts about 6:30 am with Oreo for Brfk down in the lobby ( all way up to higher levels) and really continues all day. Noise from outside is minimal. Breakfast is a nice selection. Bathroom is very small- two people don’t fit. Needs a bit of sprucing up; water noise...

“Absolutely 5 star! We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Vivanta. All the staff were so kind, so personal, and made us feel at home. Shrinana greeted us every morning at breakfast, and then there is Shirish, Sonika, Rachana, Chef Bikash, Chef Hiroj, Bibek. Breakfast is plenty and wide variety of both Nepali and western style, and we are well fed every morning. Even a going away cake to say our goodbyes! We highly recommend Vivanta hotel Katmandu and hope to be back when we visit the area again!”

“The staff was amazing! Extremely helpful and kind. I know it is an older hotel and the use of water is a concern in Nepal. The toilets and sink tend to run a long time. No worries for us but just a concern for water conservation. I would definitely stay here again!”

“An affordable place where you can easily walk to major sites to see meaningful things. They have an excellent restaurant there as well.”
