Appartamento moderno con terrazza sul mare

Moderno appartamento in riva al mare, Casa Cinzia si trova a soli 70 m da una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia e a 100 metri dal centro di Marzamemi, un pittoresco villaggio di pescatori. Qui vi attendono un porto con colorate barche da pesca, un lungomare con deliziosi ristoranti di pesce e pizzerie, e una grande piazza dove i siciliani si godono le loro passeggiate serali.

La casa, di circa 65 mq, si trova al secondo e ultimo piano di un edificio senza ascensore (circa 30 gradini). Vanta un ampio balcone con vista sul mare e sulla piccola diga in pietra di fronte all'alloggio. Una porta scorrevole grande quanto tutto il soggiorno fa sì che il mare accompagni ogni momento della giornata.

L'appartamento è composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli, un bagno con doccia, bidet e wc, e un luminoso soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo, aria condizionata, soggiorno e cucina a vista.

La combinazione di spiagge incantevoli, vista sul mare, interni nuovi e la pittoresca Marzamemi dietro l'angolo vi assicureranno un soggiorno confortevole, anche in inverno.
Sono disponibili parcheggi sulla strada.

Di recente Marzamemi è diventata una destinazione apprezzata dagli italiani che amano la combinazione delle spiagge naturali della zona e la vivacità di un autentico villaggio costiero. Il borgo ha molti ristoranti, pizzerie e negozi che vendono deliziosi prodotti locali come il tonno e il pesce spada, pescati e lavorati localmente, e i famosi pomodorini della vicina Pachino.

L'appartamento gode di una splendida vista sul mare ed è situato a circa 200 metri dal centro di Marzamemi. Nota: È necessario usufruire del parcheggio Alla Diga nei pressi della struttura in quanto i parcheggi nell'area sono destinati ai soli residenti di Marzamemi.

Fantastico

Sebbene l'immobile visto da fuori non ricalchi lo stile architettonico di Marzamemi, l'appartamanto ubicato al 2° piano (senza ascensore) gode di una una posizione e vista fantastica (esattamente come si vede dalle foto). Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito, ordinato e dispone anche di ombrelloni. La spiaggia di sabbia più vicina dista meno di 70m e permette di poter godere del mare senza troppi spostamenti. Più splendide spiaggie , quali San Lorenzo, Calemosche, ..., sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto. L'appartamento si trova alla giusta distanza dal centro di Marzamemi, garantendone la quiete notturna anche al sabato sera ma restando sufficientemente vicono per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Unica pecca è relativa al posteggio auto, che non avendone uno riservato, non sempre è evidente trovarne uno libero nei paraggi.

Prima appartement

Ontvangst was vriendelijk en op tijd door de dochter van de lokale beheerder. Het appartement ligt vlakbij een heel gezellig stukje Marzamemi met veel restaurantjes. Het was voor ons de eerste keer op Sicilië en we bleken nogal veel noordelijk te gaan voor uitstapjes dus het was behoorlijk veel rijden maar dat doet niks af aan het appartement. Boodschappen doe je het beste bij een grotere supermarkt in Pachino. Marzamemi heeft naast een piepkleine Coop eigenlijk niets bruikbaars dat open is. Bakkertje om de hoek heeft lekkere koffie (er is naast een percolatortje geen koffiezetapparaat) en beperkt brood voor een wat Hollandser ontbijt... Met het afval is het een beetje gedoe. We hebben totaal geen probleem met afval scheiden maar de containertjes zijn piepklein, overal zijn zakjes voor nodig en iedere dag is het ophaaldag voor weer een ander soort afval. Niet iets waar we actief mee bezig (willen) zijn op vakantie maar gelukkig was het geen probleem om het resterende afval achter te laten, daar werd geen probleem van gemaakt. Appartement heeft twee airco's maar voor ons was ramen open eigenlijk prima, lekker dat geruis van de zee 's nachts! Jammer dat de warmwatervoorziening het de laatste ochtend begaf. Frisse douche en niet meer kunnen afwassen (er is geen vaatwasser). Wil je ergens kunnen komen dan heb je zeker een auto nodig. Eigen parkeerplaats is er niet maar met een beetje geluk kun je vlakbij gratis parkeren.

Good appartment - a lot of noise

We were happy when we very tired from work and travelling arrived in the nice appartment late Friday. We were less happy Saturday morning at 6.30 when an unbelievably loud drilling and hammering from the apartment downstairs woke us. When it hadnt stopped at 8.30 we wrote to the landlord - the shower wasn’t working either. We were told it was emergency repairs and went away for the day. On Sunday everything was blissful but Monday morning it started again. We contacted the landlord who told us that it was only for one day - maybe two. He offered to find us other accommodations. We found something fabulous for 70% of the cost of the apartment and because of the offer of other accommodations we assumed that we would have our money refunded or have the new one covered. But no - the offer to find other accommodations was that we should pay for that also and not having a dime in return. We gave up there and decided our vacation was more important than money. Had we been younger and poorer had we been caught in the noisy inferno. Besides from that the appartment was ok although it had its flaws. For instance was the aircon inot at all strong enough to keep the place cool not even the bedrooms if you prefer to sleep with the doors closed

Lovely apartment in a beautiful town.

Well kept apartment with fantastic views. We did not have any issues with air conditioning, nor any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. We would stay here again and loved the area. Our only suggestion would be for a few more bits of kitchen equipment and more comfortable seating for the balcony, but these are minor concerns. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely welcome from the key holder who was waiting for us outside the apartment. We were very apprehensive since reading previous reviews about this property being tired and worn out. Okay, this is not a brand new apartment but it is by no means tired and worn out. We found the place clean and tidy and well equipped, easily large enough for 4 people with one of best views in town. The AC works perfectly well in the bedrooms if you keep the living room door shut. If you find the rest of the apartment too warm then try staying in a cooler country next time. The one downside was the hot water situation. We seemed to be competing with the people downstairs to see who got to use it first? That said, in such a hot. climate I was more than happy to have a lukewarm shower and to boil a kettle for the dishes. Clean bed linen after the first week would have been a bonus. Thanks to all involved for a lovely holiday 😊

Dont be fooled by photgraphs - old pictures apartment needs decorating throughout

Upon arrival met cordially by Pino and Enzo OK.Stairwell smelt stale and uninviting.Knew as soon as entered apartment not going to be good nor to match description on website booking details. Our expectations were higher of this apartment.The welcome pack was 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of wine- arrived Sunday afternoon - all "one grocery shop" in Mazermemi closed - could be more generous- milk for example. Disgusted by the very dirty net curtains at patio doors- curtains need replacing- doors need oiling so the slide better - all furniture both inside and out very sticky to touch felt dirty and grubby.The towels were disgusting (after complaining these were replaced with new ) why were they not there in first place.The furniture on balcony needed cleaning and painting as did the cupboard on balcony.The main bedroom- bed was 2 single mattresses of different heights these were old as well- the bed linen was old / grey and looked dirty to start with. This was rectified after another complaint. The pillows are all stained and need throwing away.How you could put 2 x children in back bedroom would be very uncomfortable.The shower all black round the doors.The air conditioning not adequate for apartment - did not push any cold air into lounge /diner this was permanently like an oven.Overall Marzamemi disappointed us - could be a very charming village if the locals addressed the dog mess and household rubbish on streets- why only 2 stars- the view from balcony.

Good location but apartment tired.

A map to find the property would help. Only thing in starter pack, cheap bottle of wine that was impossible to open. Arrived on a Sunday and gas immediately run out so not even possible to boil a kettle. Gas replaced first thing Monday but should have been checked. Apartment tired, with poor quality towels, bed linen, terrace furniture poor and generally needs redocorating. Table, chairs all sticky needs better cleaning. Apartment fine for two but would be too small for 2 couples.Air conditioning struggles to keep apartment cool.

In Marzamemi this is a good option

Magnificent view of the sea. Pleasant noise of the sea. Parking at the end of the street is free of charge. The apartment is on the second floor and sometimes you can hear very beautiful birds singing on the roof in the morning.

la vue sur la mer, le bruit des vagues mais l'environnement proche n'est pas top

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Pino avec fruits et bouteille de vin blanc. Dans l'ensemble l'appartement est simple et fonctionnel, plutôt calme, la climatisation est la bienvenue car en aout il fait très chaud. j'ai aimé la vue sur la mer, le bruit des vagues en permanence mais dans l'ensemble l'environnement proche autour de l'appartement n'est pas top, il y avait une odeur forte et désagréable (type ammoniac) dans l'escalier et l'entrée de l'immeuble. la connection internet fonctionne plus ou mois bien et surtout vite. La partie Marzamemi proche du port à 150 mètres de l'appartement est bcp plus agréable. La plage la plus proche est à 30 mètres, elle est petite mais on peut facilement se baigner, l'inconvénient c'est qu'elle n'est pas très propre : mégots par terre, bouteilles de verre cassées... le soir les jeunes italiens vont boire au bord de mer. le point le plus difficile en cette période est de se garer, nous avons pris deux amendes pour stationnement en ZTL à minuit (!), donc interdit de se garer sur les emplacements jaunes (quand vous arrivez à les distinguer au sol). Bref la seule possibilité est de se garer dans les parkings payants.

Great stay in Marzamemi

We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for a few days and we loved it. It is perfectly situated by the ocean, and you only have to walk a couple of minutes to dive in. We could spend hours just sitting on the balcony, enjoying the sound of the ocean. Marzamemi has many lovely restaurants, bars and ice cream shops just a few minutes walk away. There is no parking space, but you can park your car in a big parking lot 5 minutes away. Pino took great care of us during our stay and left a nice bottle of wine as welcoming gift. We highly recommend renting this place when staying in Marzamemi.

Just as described on the website ... magical 😁

We arrived at Marzamemi and contacted Pino (very easy to do via mobile, text or email) to say we were here slightly earlier and if apartment was free before 4pm could he contact us. We sat down to lunch overlooking the harbour and Pino contacted us to say it was ready. We arranged to meet an hour later (allowing us to finish lunch & walk to apartment). On arrival we were greeted and so touched to find a Happy Wedding and bottle of Prosecco, large melon & looking up an amazing view. The apartment was as described and walking distance to the square. It truly is a magical place. We enjoyed eating out and also eating in the apartment, with a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the sea. On the day we'd been married a week, we were sat in the square eating and spotted a wedding was due to take place at the local church. When the bride arrived we got to see her and more amazing her enterance song was the same as mine. A truly romantic & magical moment for us. There is a shop selling milk, a selection of hams, salami, cheeses and olives. Absolutely fantastic. The owner apologised for not speaking English, but we apologised in italian for not speaking good enough Italian. Everyone we met was very helpful and kind. I would recommend hiring a car. Parking is available in a little square, but we found parking at the end of the road easy to get in / out of spaces. Guilia the owner has been fantastic since contacting last year. With advice and it's been much appreciated. We could go on talking about the apartment, place and surrounding areas for ages, but, we think it's better to say ... perfect situation on sea front.

Arrived to lively seaside village festival for May 1st. . Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance but only one shop for fresh food. Luckily there was a van for fresh fruit and veg which visited daily but nowhere to buy fresh meat or fish. Beach wasn't yet cleared of seaweed so drove most days to different beaches in Vendicari National Park. Beautiful. Saw flamingos too. Walked for miles along unspoilt coastline. Apartment well equipped for cooking. Full oven, 4 gas hobs, huge fridge freezer. Double bed is actually 2 singles pushed together and not very comfortable but otherwise everything was good. WiFi excellent too. Thank you for a memorable stay.
