Escape to this charming pet-free retreat in Pacific Beach. Equipped with a level 2 EV charger. where comfort and convenience await year-round. Whether you're cozying up by the gas fireplace on a stormy day or soaking up the sun on a peaceful afternoon, this home offers the perfect setting for any season.

A newly constructed spacious home called the “Littoral Lookout” is available to rent in Pacific Beach. Equipped with a Level 2 EV charger. This exquisite gem provides three floors with the third floor lookout offering panoramic views of both the ocean and downtown Pacific Beach.

This spacious retreat includes:
-A private fenced in yard furnished with Adirondack chairs and a grill.
-The first floor bedroom has a king size bed, full bathroom with a walk in shower.
-Another 1/2 bath in the first floor. Spacious modern well appointed eat-in kitchen.
-Double sided fireplace with views both from the kitchen and living room area.
-The second floor offers two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a private balcony for viewing spectacular sunsets, as well as peaceful sounds of the ocean.
-The final bedroom offers two extra long twin size beds plus a couch with a full size pullout bed.

Whether you are looking to relax indoors or outdoors, listen to the roar of the surf, or beach comb for hidden treasures, this is the place for you and your family. The quaint towns of Pacific Beach and Seabrook offer lots of eateries and shopping. It’s time to put your feet up relax and let your vacation begin.

Other details to note:
We are also just a one hour drive to Olympic National Park and 15 minutes from Ocean Shores. You will love to visit KXPB Pacific Beach radio as they welcome pop in guests.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home. We came for a conference abd wished we could've stayed longer.Everything smelled new and was very nice and clean.The home was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we founnd everything we needed.I really loved the covered back patio..its a great place to read while having your coffee.Its located close to a gorgeous quiet beach.Melissa was very attentive and responded quickly to us..You cant go wrong choosing this lovely well-appointed home.

Melissa was a kind, responsive hostess. Whenever I had a question about my upcoming stay, she responded very quickly.The home has many nice features, including a well-equipped kitchen and games for kids. It is also has modern features like an electric vehicle charger in the garage, and solar panels on the roof. I appreciated the unscented laundry detergent and other household cleaners that were used. I brought a standard tension baby gate to use on the stairs for my one-year-old. Unfortunately, it was too narrow. If you have a baby gate that you are bringing, you might ask Melissa about the width of the stairwell. This vacation home is so convenient because it is a few blocks away from the beach. Overall, we had a good time and look forward to returning to Pacific Beach next year!

Very clean and comfy. Large house with high ceilings. Kids loved the tower to sit and play. Very close to the ocean beach. A short walk via the beach to the SeaBrook city town center as well. Recommend.

The quiet pace of life.

The wonderful property Managers are very welcoming and they have a well thought out vacation home. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and dreamy sheets for long restful nights. The second story bedroom has a private balcony to watch the sunset. Our favorite part of the house is the tower; its 360 degree views are amazing morning, noon, or night! The big spacious kitchen with dining table and breafast nook accommodate all cooks from novice to chef! This cozy beach town has some very easy walking places from beach walks and morning coffee gatherings, to local pub diner meals. A wonderful place to reconnect with the quiet pace of life!

This was the perfect place to stay for our group of 8! It was very clean and felt really comfortable and cozy! The lookout was such a treat for watching sunrises and sunsets! We all loved it and Mary and Melissa were great hosts. I would definitely book another stay!

Perfect vacation

We joined our friends for a trip to the Olympic park, they reserved beachfront old houses and we got this hidden gym house, it is in a great location,( 2 blocks from the ocean), stores, cafe, restaurant walking distance, it provides great space that other small houses in the area don’t have, they got nice house layout with an extra space “the tower” with amazing 360 windows and ocean views. The kids and adult friends loved it.The house has everything you need and more (the kitchen has literally everything you may need), extra towels and beach towels!!! Super clean.Super easy check in and out, with clear instructions and timely communication.They provided boards games!!We all are happy with this experience and couldn’t wait to get back and make much more great memories.Highly recommended.
