Welcome to Moby's Beachhouse, a dog-friendly, lovingly updated 1970s gem in Pacific Beach, WA, ideally located just a 5-minute flat walk from the beach and a 3-minute drive from Seabrook Resort!
This spacious 3400 sq ft haven now features a brand new 5-person hot tub for the ultimate coastal spa experience. Comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests and their furry friends, it's the perfect retreat for family gatherings or group getaways on the Washington coast.
Our new Bell Tent, located on our adjacent property, is available as an add-on /separate rental May - Mid September, and is not included in the primary house rental. The Bell Tent is on our separate property & does not share outdoor space with the main house.
Our cozy tent sleeps 2 and includes a comfy full size bed, wood burning fireplace, bistro table and a private, full heated bathroom located in the new garage next to the tent. A firepit and picnic table are also on the property, for private use.
Sleeps 2, No pets in the tent.
The two outbuildings on the property are unoccupied.

Moby's Beachhouse is a labor of love, personally managed by its owners who have been pouring energy into updating this vintage 1970s house. We've transformed it into a vibrant, pet-friendly space where people and their dogs can come together and create lasting memories.
Our goal is to share the unique experience of Pacific Beach, WA with our guests, helping visitors discover the charm and beauty of this special coastal community. For your convenience and peace of mind, we have a wonderful offsite property manager, Melissa, who is nearby should you need anything during your stay.

The attached cottage/apartment is not occupied during guest stays. We plan to have it available as an add-on rental for guests staying in the Main house; as a 3 bedroom rental in the Fall of 2025 for extended group gatherings and families.
A Glam Yurt with a wood burning stove is coming in the Summer of 2025. Located on our adjacent property.

$50 pet fee per stay
$100 hot tub fee
Fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required for the Hot Tub. The Hot Tub is drained and sanitized prior to each new guest's arrival.
About Us
G'day from our Pacific Beach rental! Daniel's an Aussie & I, Anne, met when working there. The laidback lifestyle suited me after Caribbean living in my 20s. We headed back to Seattle in 2010 and found Pacific Beach last summer, falling in love w/ Moby's 70s charm & location. Nothing makes us happier than envisioning guests embracing the patio's ocean air after beach days paddleboarding, beachcombing & soaking up the local vibe.
Our co-host Melissa ran a lodge in Alaska she built herself, serving farm to table casual fare and taking care of her guests with care and a wonderful sense of humor. Melissa lives locally in Pacific Beach and is around should you need assistance.
