The Space

Location
Moose’n Around sits in Seabrook’s newest neighborhood, Fernwood. It’s tucked among the trees, quiet and peaceful, but still an easy walk to the trails, dog park, Town Center, and beach.

Outdoor Space
The covered front porch features Adirondack chairs and a BBQ. The backyard includes a private hot tub, a propane fire table, and outdoor seating. Sand toys, two beach chairs, and outdoor games (pickleball and ladder ball) are provided for guest use.

Kids' Spaces
A guest favorite: Moose’s Hideout, the little nook under the stairs made just for kids. It’s stocked with a chalk wall, bean bag chair, pillows, sketch board, and books for cozy downtime.
The bunk room has puzzles, books, and games.

Living Room
A comfortable gathering space with a 55” Roku Smart TV, heated blanket, and an indoor fireplace for full cozy mode. Great for movie nights, lazy mornings, or warming up after the beach.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, plus a dining table that seats 7 along with 4 bar stools at the kitchen island.

Coffee Bar
The home includes a dedicated coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, and a selection of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer for guest use.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms are upstairs.

Primary Suite: King bed with hotel-style bedding, 43” Roku TV, en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and heated floors.

Second Bedroom: Queen bed + 43” Roku TV.

Bunk Room: Two sets of twin bunk beds, plus puzzles, books, and games.
A shared full bathroom serves the two guest rooms, and a half bath is located downstairs for easy access.

Bathrooms
The home includes 2.5 bathrooms: an en suite with heated floors, a shared full bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs, all stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Laundry & Family Gear
The home is fully set up for families and little ones, with a full washer and dryer, a pack n play, an inflatable toddler mattress, a baby bathtub, a booster seat, a changing mat, and a de-choker. All upstairs windows also have child locks for added peace of mind.

Dog-Friendly
Dogs are welcome at Moose’n Around! We provide bowls, towels, and access to an outdoor shower for sandy paws. You’re just a short walk from the off-leash dog park, community trails, The Salty Dog pet store, and the beach, so your pup can enjoy Seabrook right alongside you.

Parking:
The house has two dedicated parking spots located in the back of the house along with street parking available in front. There is a 240V outlet installed for guests to charge their EV. Please be sure to bring your own personal charger.
