Designed to accommodate one large family, a group getaway, or business retreat, this spacious home is the perfect destination for creating lasting seaside memories. With breathtaking west-facing ocean views from the front porch and balcony of a king primary ensuite bedroom and direct beach access just steps away, you’ll experience beautiful sunsets and the best of Seabrook and the Pacific Northwest coastal living.

Main Floor



At the heart of this luxurious home, the main level blends relaxation, comfort, and functionality. The fully-equipped kitchen features all-new stainless-steel appliances, extra-wide counter space, and everything you need to prepare quick snacks to gourmet meals. Plus, there are kid-friendly dishes, utensils, and a highchair. Enjoy family-style eating at the oversized dining table with more seats at the kitchen counter.
The inviting living room sections has plenty of seating, including two window seats perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying the gorgeous view. A queen primary suite on this level offers a more accessible private retreat with a full bathroom, removing the need to navigate stairs. A mudroom with a shower and half bath rounds out this floor’s conveniences.

Lower Level



The lower level offers an ideal layout for entertainment and family fun. Gather in the great room featuring a large sectional sofa and TVs — perfect for movies and tv shows on cable or DVDs. Play games like air hockey, ping pong, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, or a variety of board games. Kids will love the four built-in bunk nooks, providing eight twin beds in total for a playful and comfortable sleeping setup. A convenient full bathroom with a shower and tub is also on this floor. A laundry area with a front-load washer and dryer rounds out the lower level.

Top Floor



The upper-level hosts three bedrooms, designed for comfort and privacy. One king and one queen bedroom provide accommodations with serene forest views and a shared full bathroom with shower and tub. The king primary suite steals the show with breathtaking ocean views while out at the private balcony with seating and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub.


Carriage House Above Garage


Guests seeking a bit more privacy will appreciate the 5th bedroom in the detached carriage house, complete with a queen bed, TV, bathroom with a large shower, and a dedicated heating and air conditioning system — a perfect space for couples, grandparents, or friends.

Outdoor Spaces



Step outside to enjoy an expansive front porch with full ocean views — ideal for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or just watching the waves. With direct beach access just a few steps away, as well as the many parks, playgrounds, sports activities, and plenty of hiking/biking trails in Seabrook, outdoor adventures are always within reach.

This home is not affiliated with Seabrook in any way and you are not paying a resort fee. Therefore, some amenities are limited such as pool access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
