Welcome to Camden! Recently constructed and exquisitely appointed, this contemporary and cozy Farm District home is the perfect place to escape, spend family time, and truly enjoy coastal living. Sit on Camden’s wrap around porch on Horseshoe Park, overlooking the picturesque Windgate Barn, and enjoy the restoring beach breeze. Once you visit, you will want to come again!

Camden has two primary bedrooms, one on the main floor, with a vaulted ceiling, king size bed, and double doors leading to spa inspired ensuite bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower and pedestal soaking tub. On the second floor, the other primary bedroom’s practical elegance continues with king size bed, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. Robes are provided in both primary bedrooms, as comfort and relaxation are a priority in Camden. The third bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds, as well as a work desk for remote work convenience. Our upstairs media room is the ideal hangout for evenings and rainy days, complete with a comfy sectional couch, TV, DVD player, games, books, and even an oversized deluxe Monopoly board.

The main floor’s open plan creates a warm and intimate gathering space. Camden’s gourmet cook’s kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials for meal preparation and baking, and a portable bar cart provides the tools for a memorable cocktail hour. Facing the ocean, with a view of Windgate Barn and meadows, a wall of windows illuminates our large, bright dining area. The adjoining living room’s windows face Horseshoe Park, a community fire pit, and the horse pasture. Unwind on the living room’s sectional couch, warm yourself by its gas fireplace, and soak up the brilliant views from all directions.

Camden’s outdoor seating options provide many ways to enjoy the home’s prime location. Oversized rocking chairs face Horseshoe Park, while a cushioned couch and chairs on the covered porch overlook the fenced yard. At the end of a long beach day, retreat to the private hot tub and count the seaside stars.
