Enjoy a short walk to the sand, or charge your EVs with the complimentary NEMA 14-50 plug before setting off to visit sights and attractions.



    The Space:

    Back at your home base, hop into the full kitchen to curb appetites with a tasty meal. As delicious smells fill the air, cozy up with a book by the woodstove and relax in this serene setting. Bring a glass of wine out to the deck and watch the sunset before gathering for a movie night, having a soak in the hot tub, or retreating to one of the five bedrooms including a double sofa bed in the living area. Another wonderful day awaits tomorrow!



    Perched a block from the sand, this home will be just the place for beach-goers to get their fill of sandy toes and crashing waves! When you want to venture out a bit, you can check out the adorable eateries nearby in Seabrook and Highland Heights, such as Surf House Cafe and Seagate Restaurant & Lounge! Fun at the beach!

If you are looking for a welcoming space, with a view of the ocean, just steps from the beach, then head to Sunset Beach house in Pacific Beach. Our family enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and the fun things to do!

The best ocean experience

The house, the views from the deck and hot tub, being literally a very short walk to the beach add up to this being the ideal location. The house is warm, inviting, and has all you need.

This house was lovely, well organized, and perfect for our ladies getaway. Hot tub and sauna were great to relax in, even when it was stormy. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. We had a fantastic time for our staff retreat and look forward to hopefully using this place again in the future.

Comfortable with great view

We have been coming to Pacific Beach every summer for over 5 years. This is heads and shoulders the best place we have stayed in. Will definitely stay here again.

Great house and ideal location

This is the best vacation rental that we have experienced. Everything we needed, and many extras that provided a warm and welcoming stay. Love the layout, large great room with ocean views. The view from the deck is the best in the area, and it is just a few feet to start your walk on the beach.

Loved our stay 💜

We had 7 people that stayed for 3 nights and we would definitely book this property again. The beach access is extremely convenient, used the bbq grill a few times and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our 10 and 7 year old enjoyed the games in the garage, making s’mores around the fire pit and the beach.

Unbeatable views and beach access

We loved the views, the deck, and easy access to the beach. My kids loved being able to warm up in the hot tub after playing in the ocean waves. The garage was perfect to store all our beach gear and the kids loved the ping pong table and arcade games. They also really enjoyed the bunk beds with books and games. Overall an unbeatable place to stay.
