“Wonderful location to the convention Center.
The Staff was very professional and effusive.
Daniella our check in clerk on Wednesday was absolutely wonderful, She was so friendly and professional. The hotel has a restaurant which is great and the food was delicious. Parking was across the street but there is a covered walkway from the Hotel to the parking deck and price for the parking was very reasonable.”

“The only thing negative I have to say is the smell in the hallway on the 2nd floor. Something obvious got wet and they were blasting the heat to try to dry it. It smelled awful. However the room or anywhere else I went didn't smell at all. It was very clean and overall I had a great stay.”

“Check in time was 3:00pm and at 5:00pm our room was not ready . I was told it would be a wait as they are working on getting a room cleaned. We were offered coffee with the wait, but no apology was given for the inconvenience. They stated I could not get compensation due to booking through Expedia , but yet asked if I would like to become a member of Marriot to start earning reward points. Why would I become a member. Would not stay here or recommend.”

“Our room was musty smelling. The shower fixture did not work and the shower was moldy. We asked for new sheets and towels numerous times after the first three days with no response We had to get towels and sheets ourselves at the front desk. The staff was friendly but not to helpful at times The food was good”

“We were welcomed very kindly at the front desk; however, our non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke, there was almost a 2-inch gap between the bottom of our room door and the floor (we could literally see the hallway from inside of our room), our bathroom door wouldn't shut, and things looked pretty banged up throughout the entire floor. The people running this hotel are amazing, but I don't think I would stay here again for the price we paid to be there.”
