Only able bodied people as no lift and stairs and hotel on a steep hill.would have rated 5 stars but the mattress was badly worn in twin room and dipped in the middle so felt like you rolled into it which effected a good nights sleep. “Booked for a nice walking trip reviews were awesome hence booking, check in was nice and easy, parking was not totally clear but there was free parking but only 2 spaces. Room was on top floor and spacious, bathroom was lovely, great shower, could do with an upgrade on the tv to smart tv. WiFi was not working and the same can be said for 4&5G in Llandudno. “Hidden jewel and great find. An older well-kept hotel. Modernized while keeping with the heritage of the hotel. A cozy lower-level pub. Great place to have a pint after a day of travel and shopping. The front door is a stone’s throw from the train station and castle wall. Around the corner is a small downtown loaded with shops and surrounded by castle walls. Great stop in northern Wales. ”
