“飯店從服務人員、餐飲到房間整體都很棒 但首先房內的電視可以使用手機Cast內容上去，但除了cast以外連手機cast youtube都是時間到了就會跳到軟體收費的頁面，有點傻眼。 另外，就是房間冷氣不足，首天入住就有點濕黴味，然後可能是房間有些毛毛的毛毯跟抱枕，也讓容易鼻子過敏的我一直打噴嚏。 但飯店整體我覺得在新竹是很不錯的選擇，下次也會入住。”

“Ottimo hotel. Nelle vicina periferia di Hsincu si trova questo hotel di 22 piani. Lo stile occidentale con cura da hotel di lusso. All'arrivo il personale è molto accogliente in una sala molto pulita e curata. Vengono incontro alle tue esigenze come nel mio caso quando arrivato la mattina presto mi hanno dato la stanza anche se il checkIn era alle 15. Tutto è pulito e curato dall'ascensore ai corridoi. “I stayed here for 3 nights and had a nice stay. I’ve stayed here several times over the 6 years I have been in Taiwan. It’s very convenient to the Hsinchu train station. A free breakfast is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. I like to go to Cafe Grazie nearby to eat. I think the value is good for what you get. ”
