☆THE PROPERTY☆
The Grand Circle Adventure Property has 4 rentals total. These rentals have separate outside doors for private entry. Suites #1 and #2 are attached to the main dwelling. The Adventure House does have a shared wall with a closet and bathroom area from the #2 Suite (Starry Night). The doorway is highly insulated with soundproofing.

Guests are allowed to access all outdoor patio spaces, and fenced yard spaces. The Adventure House has a hot tub, grass yard, and rock area. While we do haave a fenced property, it is not a privacy fence, we do have 2 gates that are in our backyard.

There is a shared door with another suite, so some noise does travel through this area.

Please acknowledge the house is on a Property with other units, which include other guests. (one guesthouse and 2 suites)

PET POLICY:
1.) Only Dogs are allowed on the property with owner approval.
2.) Pet waste must be cleaned up outside (additional fees apply of $50)
3.) No pets on furniture or beds; (additional fees apply of $100)
4.) Damages made by pets will be billed separately.
5.) Pets MUST BE LEASHED outside, due to other units having pets as well.

CLEANERS: can access the garage cleaning closet inside the garage by a locked door on the East side of the garage breezeway between the hours of 10am-4pm. We use this closet to store supplies for our other Suites on the property.

COMMUNITY FEE: found in the fee section is a Hot Tub cleaning fee. Our hot tub is cleaned and serviced before and after each guest comes to our home so that you are getting the cleanest experience available.

RING CAMERA: is on the main house and the guesthouse and does record short bursts of the entryway and parking spots for guest safety and deliveries. Hosts have the ring snoozed unless someone needs help and presses the bell, or deliveries are made.**
