Although the property is not located in the heart of downtown Pagosa springs, it actually is more accessible to a lot of outdoor adventures that you would like to do!”

“The front desk associate- I believe her name is Nala, was very welcoming and kind. She was working late and helped us get checked in. Our room was comfy and clean. I loved waking up to the lake view on the balcony. The hotel was quiet and housekeeping was attentive. When I had an issue with my credit card & a fraud alert, the manager was so patient & knew how to resolve issue. I would return on our next visit. ”
