QUESTA È UNA GRANDE CABINA CON UNA TUBA CALDA E UNA VISTA INCREDIBILE !!!!!!!

NEW HOT TUB CLOSE 2 TUTTO SOPRA MA NON TROPPO VICINO ALLA STRADA PRINCIPALE!

Passeggiata ai laghi. Vicino a ristoranti, negozi, golf, pesca, centro ricreativo !! Tutto entro un miglio.

Questo è un noleggio NEWER di prim'ordine. Questa casa è stata acquistata a metà ottobre 2015 e fortemente ristrutturata. Si tratta di una casa ordinata molto ben arredata con molto spazio per distendersi. Enormi letti fatti a mano con struttura in legno e un tavolino da abbinare nel soggiorno tutti possono muoversi. Armadi di cedro e soffitto a soffietto e maschio attraverso la maggior parte della cabina !! In riscaldamento a pavimento, stufa a gas e camino.

4 camere da letto 2 bagni con decorazioni cabineque e splendida vista Pagosa Peak e Continental Divide. C'è spazio per 10 in letti (1 K, 4 Q). Siamo vicini al negozio di alimentari, al lago, al campo da golf, al centro ricreativo, alla pesca e al WalMart, ma non così vicino da avere il rumore dell'autostrada. Il comprensorio sciistico Wolf Creek dista circa 30 minuti in auto. C'è un parcheggio in garage per 2 veicoli e un sacco di spazio per riporre le biciclette sci / tavole nel garage.

Questa casa ha ripiani in piastrelle di granito, moquette di qualità superiore, bagni piastrellati / cucina e ingressi e una camera da letto. Adorerai i fogli di flanella in inverno. Questa casa dispone di elettrodomestici e arredi nuovi o più recenti in stile cabina moderna. Siamo orgogliosi di mantenere i nostri affitti MOLTO puliti e vi troverete molto bene nella nostra casa. La casa dispone di riscaldamento a pavimento, stufa a gas e camino a legna. Ci sono 2400 piedi spaziosi su un livello. Pensiamo che dovresti essere a tuo agio e assicurarti che ci sia una dispensa e una cucina ben fornite, un detersivo per il bucato e almeno abbastanza elementi essenziali per iniziare, ecc. Siamo sempre disponibili ad aiutare!

Grande sezionale, tavolino da caffè enorme e sacchi di fagioli giganti, TV a grande schermo. GIOCHI DA TAVOLO.

CUCINA
Fornello a gas e piano cottura, frigorifero affiancato con ghiaccio / acqua nella porta, forno a microonde, pentola per stoviglie, tostapane a 4 fette, frullatore, caffettiere per caffè espresso e normale, teglia, pentole in acciaio inossidabile, molti piatti, accessori, utensili da forno ecc. 6 posti a sedere al tavolo della sala da pranzo Aspen, 4 al bar per la colazione.

CAMERE DA LETTO
C'è una camera da letto matrimoniale king size, una grande camera da letto matrimoniale, una grande camera da letto matrimoniale a castello (4 posti letto) e una camera da letto matrimoniale più piccola. Tutte le camere hanno armadi tranne la piccola regina che ha una cassettiera e un comodino. Mia moglie ed io abbiamo realizzato a mano enormi letti con struttura in legno, alcuni tavoli e mobili d'accento per queste stanze, ora che abbiamo raccolto dagli abeti douglas morti di 400 anni del Weminuche.

BAGNI
Il master ha un doppio lavandino, una grande vasca idromassaggio e una doccia.
Il secondo bagno ha un lavandino e una combinazione vasca / doccia.
Abbiamo uno scaldabagno ad alta capacità da 80 galloni.

DIVERTIMENTO
Il biliardino si trova nel garage sovradimensionato riscaldato.
Troverai mazzi di carte, giochi da tavolo e una grande TV intelligente con satellite nella grande sala. Un sacco di posti a sedere per tutti !!

AL DI FUORI
Il ponte rialzato è completamente coperto e offre una vista mozzafiato sul picco di Pagosa e la gamma in tutte le stagioni e ha un grande tavolo e panche con struttura in legno e una grande griglia a 5 fuochi. L'area è illuminata e ha un ventilatore ed è dove si trova la vasca idromassaggio!

INFORMAZIONI ADDIZIONALI
Come parte del PLPOA è possibile utilizzare il centro ricreativo per $ 8 a persona al giorno, piscina coperta, jacuzzi, sala pesi e raquetball e acquistare licenze di pesca a breve termine per il lago rifornito.
Deposito rimborsabile $ 500. Copre danni accidentali e pulizia eccessiva.
La pulizia si basa sulla pulizia di 2 persone per 4 ore. Ore aggiuntive fatturate a $ 25 ora. Trattate bene la nostra casa, vi trattiamo bene :).
Pulizia e tariffa calda è di $ 200.

Great location. Comfortable and clean!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful house. Everything was comfortable and simple. The location was convenient to everything. We used the gas fireplace as it had gotten a little chilly and it worked great. The hottub was a perfect start and end to each day of activities! It was nice to have a washer and dryer available with detergent and dryer sheets, too. This would be a great place for large families or couples/friends traveling together.

Great place for the family

Great space for family gathering!

This property was perfect for family members to spend quality time together. All the while providing each of us with our own quiet space and privacy. It was easy to stay organized and focused on the time we spent together. We were able to cook together easily, due to the natural flow of the kitchen, workspace and dining options. We had a family reunion with 18 guests and it was a wonderful day! The organized layout of this home made the workload so easy that we were able to focus on the most important part of our stay.....family!!! Thank you Ken and Anita!!

Everything you need in a great location

The house was well stocked and more than enough room for our family. The kids had space to spread out and slept well in the comfortable bunk beds. Everyone had room to spread out and lots of things inside and outside to entertain a wide age range of people. We drove to ski everyday and came home to cook dinner every night. The kitchen was well stocked and an easy drive to everything you may need. Home owners responded quickly with any questions and gave tips and advice as well.

Great winter stay!

The house is just as described. It is a beautiful home with everything you could need. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. From spices, to bake ware, to bowls, utensils and even found saran wrap when I needed it. The owners were very responsive and were even willing to let us in a little early. The heated floors were a treat when we arrived. We loved the huge bean bags and the big comfy couch. The highlight for most was the Pac Man game! The rooms were plenty big for our party of 9 (4 adults and 5 teen/kids). We appreciated the fire stove, the hot tub in back and the responsiveness of the hosts. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy stay. We skied Wolf Creek and did the hot springs too; all in easy driving distance. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Ken and Anita!

The house was spectacular. Had all we needed and even more.

We loved this house. House H-D a great layout and location close to town. Owner even stopped by early and shoveled the drive and door way when we received about 6” of fresh snow overnight. Hot tub was nice as well. The covered patio shaded the area which allowed for hot tub sitting while it was actively snowing. Pretty cool. Will definitely have this house on tops of our list when we return.

Wonderful house

Our extended family of 10 had a great ski vacation staying here. The house was spacious and we were able to cook all our meals and eat together at the counter bar and kitchen table. The hot tub was also a hit as well as the heated garage for all our ski gear!

Great kitchen and living area for a family gathering!

We had multiple family members meet in pagosa for the holidays. The house was the perfect size to sleep all of us. The kitchen and family area was also perfect for cooking and gathering. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped home that was a pleasure to come back to after the skiing.

We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled into garage and entered this home. This property had everything we wanted and more. Great bedrooms and good baths. Master had a shower and a jet tub. Great family room with fireplace, large TV and a great play table surrounded by comfortable sectional couch. Kitchen had all quality appliances and plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and pans, etc. It was easy to cook meals which came in handy in the middle of prolonged snow storm. My kids went out on the back yard and put up a snow man. Owners came in one morning during the snow storm and shoveled the driveway for us. Both Ken and Anita were most helpful. We would definitely consider renting this home again next year if decide to ski Wolf Creek Pass.

Spacious, family friendly & very accommodating

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home in Pagosa Springs. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home! The view was amazing from the beautiful back deck, as was the hot tub very relaxing! My mother uses a walking cane & had no problems getting around inside and outside your home! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with family and we will definitely be coming for a return visit! Excellent house in great location

Our trip to Pagosa Springs in an annual trip. We have stayed a several different places over the years and this home is at the top of the list. Excellent home with ALL the amenities you need, hot tub included right on the back deck. I have stayed in similar caliber homes in the area as well as others that are larger and make big promises but fall short with even the simple details of Wifi or Cable. Not to worry here. Walk in, unpack and make yourself at home. Thanks for the stay and we look forward to more in the future.

A Good Time Was Had By All!

We have just returned home after spending a week at your lovely home in Pagosa Springs. The location is perfect. It's close and yet in a quiet, scenic area looking over the golf course and onto Pagosa Peak and the beautiful mountains. Relax in the warmth and beauty of this home with everything you could ever need or want

This beautiful home captures every aspect of relaxation and beauty of the area, and has every amenity you could ever need. This gorgeous 4 bedroom 2 bath, with privacy plus, modern home, is a great place to enjoy family and friends without stepping on each others toes. A huge family area to converse or watch Dish Network, or Netflix, in front of the fireplace or by the stove after a day of hiking or skiing, in the winter, or to relax after a swim, hike, rafting trip, or a spetacular train ride. Durango is an hour away and the 7 hour trip to Silverton, and time to shop, eat or take in the areas beauty, then the trip back to Durango all on a steam train. Having gone in the hot summer time we never lacked for things to do, and see. Once you return to this relaixng home at the end of your day there is nothing but thoughts of relaxing in the jetted bathtub, or perhaps a cookout on the covered patio. Or a game of foosball in the heated garage. The kitchen is large and has everything you would ever need to fix a gourmet dinner or a simple meal, with seating at the table or bar, with seating for at least 12. Home away from home is an understatement, and the hosts were attentive and made sure we lacked for nothing. I would recommend this home to anyone, we enjoyed it for 2 weeks and would love to stay there again. All on one level living in a quiet and serene area bordering a golf course, with fishing and workout center , at the clubhouse along with an indoor pool. A bargain price for a 5 star home. Don't miss the opportunity to look at this beautiful home and decide for yourself, that the handmade furniture, comfy beds and room to get away to yourself, pass you by. Cannot wait to return. Spacious, clean, full amenities. DishTV plus Netflixs. Good size bedrooms. Great master closet. Neat large garage and useful laundry closet entry area. Owners very responsive. This house was a great fit for our group.

We came for a snowboarding trip to Wolf Creek. The kitchen had everything one needs and we really appreciated the large grill. Would definitely stay again!
