Welcome to your laid-back escape on Putt Hill! This comfortable condo sits right on the golf course with peaceful views that make morning coffee and evening sunsets extra enjoyable. With two cozy bedrooms, two baths, comfy bedding, a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry, you’ll have all the essentials for a stress-free stay. Whether you’re here for golf, relaxation, or just a change of scenery, this spot makes it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

You will have the condo to yourself. We will be available if help is needed.


Located at the peak of Putt Hill, the condo is located walking distance to Coyote Moon Bar & Grill where libations, food, and entertainment can be found. Walking distance to some of our local antique stores, liquor store, and convenient store.

A short 5-minute drive to either uptown or downtown will bring guests closer to any and all amenities our humble town may provide. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores with merchandise appealing to any savvy shopper.

The entire condominium is available for guest use, we do have additional condo units available for rent as well. Bring the whole family!

Guests will enter this inviting third-floor condo with easy elevator access—because vacations shouldn’t start with a stair workout. Once inside, you’ll find a spacious living area and a charming balcony that instantly sets the tone for a relaxing stay.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full vacation feasts. You’ll find a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, blender, an extra coffee pot (because mornings happen), plus plenty of cookware including pots, pans, skillets, a muffin tin, cookie sheet, and more.

A convenient cubby with a stackable washer and dryer is also available, with laundry supplies provided for 3–4 days—perfect for keeping things fresh during your stay.

The condo has A/C for year-round comfort, with the thermostat located between the two bedrooms.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and extra linens. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers a cozy queen, giving everyone their own comfortable retreat.

Step outside to enjoy the private balcony or wander to the landscaped grounds behind the building, where a charming gazebo provides a peaceful spot to relax and unwind.

A quick note about the tub:
The master bathroom has an oversized soaking tub that looks very impressive. However, the 50-gallon hot water heater can’t quite fill it all the way. If you’re planning a full soak, the guest bathroom’s standard tub fills perfectly and will happily cooperate with the hot water supply.

Perfectly situated in town with access to both uptown and downtown with a quick 5-minute drive this condo is perfect for a family get away. Walking distance to local amenities, food, entertainment and more. Just off the Golf Course guests may witness a hole in one from the balcony or choose to show those on the course how it's really done.
As mentioned prior, quick access to uptown and downtown, guests can experience the entirety of Pagosa at a whim.
30-minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area guests can travel through the Rocky Mountains, cross the Great Divide, or hike the many trails available; guests are sure to find adventure lurking around every corner.
Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork.
Located in the Southwest corner of the state, we are very close to the New Mexico State Line where even more National Parks, trails, lakes and more can be located and enjoyed by all.

Pagosa Springs is rich in history—and we proudly hold bragging rights to the world’s deepest geothermal hot spring. The famous soaking pools are the perfect place to melt away stress and soak in some well-earned relaxation.

Visiting in winter? Even better. Pagosa is known for some of the best snow in Colorado, and nearby Wolf Creek Ski Area is the place to carve a few unforgettable turns.

House Notes:
• There is a pet fee of $30, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 40 lbs or less.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $15/hour (please confirm with the property manager in advance).

Good to know:
The master bathroom features a large soaking tub, but the 50-gallon water heater can’t fully fill it. If you’re planning a full soak, the guest bathroom has a standard tub that fills perfectly.

Parking:
Trailers are not permitted in the condo association, and parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. Please use designated parking spaces only to avoid towing.
