Goditi la vista del Pagosa Peak dal patio coperto con vista sul lago Pinon. Questa residenza di città recentemente ristrutturata e ristrutturata con centrale a, ce calore si trova nella zona dei laghi di Pagosa, 3 miglia a ovest del centro. A pochi passi si trovano un negozio di alimentari, ristoranti, caffetterie, campo da golf, campi da tennis e centro ricreativo. Un breve viaggio panoramico vi porterà al comprensorio sciistico Wolf Creek (25 minuti) e anche a numerose destinazioni per escursioni e pesca. Inoltre nelle vicinanze si trovano le famose sorgenti termali di Pagosa e la metropolitana / zattera sul bellissimo fiume San Juan (10 minuti).

La casa a schiera con 3 camere da letto può ospitare comodamente 8 in 1 letto king size, 1 letto queen size, 2 letti singoli e un divano letto queen size. Entrambi i bagni dispongono di doppio lavandino con lavabo in granito e vasca / doccia nuovissime. Nuove lenzuola sono state fornite in tutto. La camera da letto principale che ha una smart tv da 32 pollici con cavo e bagno si trova al piano inferiore insieme alla cucina e alla sala da pranzo. Sempre al piano inferiore si trova il soggiorno che vanta un camino a gas e un nuovo televisore LCD da 42 pollici con servizio di televisione via cavo. WI-FI gratuito è fornito. Le due camere da letto aggiuntive e il secondo bagno si trovano al piano superiore.

La cucina completa comprende tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici Whirlpool ed è completamente attrezzata con tutti i nuovi piatti, pentole e utensili. Caffettiera, keurig e grande pentola di terracotta. Inoltre c'è una griglia nel patio. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size si trovano nel ripostiglio anche al piano inferiore.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo overlooked a lake and mountains from a lovely deck. Many amenities were available to make it feel like home. I especially appreciated having two sofas and a recliner chair in the living room. It was only 5 min. from downtown Pagosa Springs. Would definitely go back if we get out this way again.

Had a great time! The mornings were so relaxing watching the hot air balloon. The view of the pond with the ducks and geese was very entertaining. It was easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed the Mountain View over the lake cove

Nice casual Pagosa townhome in a very good location. Comfortable beds and furnishings throughout. Clean and well maintained. We have rented in the area before and this was the best unit/experience. Especially appreciate the owner/manager making sure we had WiFi. Thank you !

Disappointed

Looking forward to our trip, and after driving all day, we were pretty exhausted when we got there so didn’t notice a lot of things right away. In a couple of sentences, I can say we thought it was misrepresented in VRBO. The next morning, upon waking up, we started to realize how filthy the place was. There was mold in the dishwasher, hair in the drawers in the refrigerator, there were several lights out around the apartment, couple of drawers wouldn’t close as they were broken, the grill was unusable. It was so filthy. The porch was so full of leaves, spider webs, spiders and dirt that it was pretty much unusable. The washing machine was filthy with buildup from detergent and fabric softener. The master bath had mold in it and obviously hadn’t been deep cleaned for a long time. I could go on and on, but basically we felt trapped as it was a holiday week and we had already paid for the stay. Contacting the owners they were very responsive, but lived in Texas so there wasn’t much they could do but get their cleaning person to come in and remedy the situation. When the cleaning person came the following day, she had a bucket in her hand and walked into the kitchen where I told her I had other things that needed attention as well. With attitude, she was immediately short with me, told me she didn’t have to listen to me and stormed out.This is why this was very disappointing and we request a partial refund. Their pictures do not represent the true nature of this condo. Ours do.

Great location and amenities

We had a great stay at this space. It was plenty of room for our family of 5 and is in a great location. I was a bit surprised that it was a condo as the listing says entire home. There weren’t a great deal of pictures of the actual building. That said, though not what we were expecting, the space was nice. We had pretty much everything needed, but if you are staying for a week, you may want to bring/buy extra paper towels and toilet paper. That was the only thing we ran low on. The front and parking area are super dark at night, and though there are lights, I could not find a way to turn them on. Not a huge issue, but something that would be helpful. Overall the place was fairly clean, though some areas need some attention. We didn’t have to reach out to the host for any reason while there, as they left great instructions for check in and check out. I did reach out before booking and they were quick to respond.we stayed here for a ski trip, so for the most part we were there to sleep and for a few meals, but we did make use of the dvds and watched The Chronicles of Narnia one night.

Excellent Rental

Great location to restaurants and Walmart. The property was clean and very accommodating. All of our wants and needs were met. We used it for proximity to skiing and it was extremely convenient. The back patio overlooking the lake was very pleasant. We loved our stay, everything about it inside and outside (the Pagosa Springs area) was perfect.

Winter Wonderland

Only 30 mins from the slopes and easy access to Walmart. This condo is perfect. Only part I wish was different was the king mattress. A little soft for me but how can a rental please everyone ya know. If you’re looking for a great spot to get away in the mountains look no further.

Great property in Pagosa Springs!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Pagosa Springs for my kids' first trip skiing in Colorado. It was clean, with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make a few meals at the condo, but close to several options for eating out.

Nice little place, not great for winter

Generally as advertised. I should have known better than to rent a mountain unit with vaulted ceilings in the winter - the upstairs bedrooms and the common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen - all under the vaulted ceiling) were very cold while the master suited roasted. Also, the kitchen was generally well stocked on dishes and utensil, but was oddly short on a few things, like tall water glasses and normal (cereal) sized bowls. Otherwise, a fine situation and I would consider renting again - in summer!

Guys Snowboarding Trip

I've been to Pagosa more times than I can remember, and it never disappoints. This location was no different. Location, accessibility and room for 3 grown men looking to shred and sleep make this house worth the stay!

Sulphur get away

This place is very nice, hidden gem. We had a great time, saw the Paul vs. TYSON fight. Very clean nice back patio. Great view of the Mnts. The hot springs are about 5 miles down the road. Great super market very close. No need to shop at wally world.

Perfect place for our family

We go on trips for "Christmas" instead of buying gifts.This place was fantastic, it was centrally located to go to several places Durango, chimney rock ect . but have a home base. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Thank you for everything.
