  • Questo è un nuovo noleggio ed è stato recentemente acquistato e completamente ristrutturato con tutti i nuovi mobili ed elettrodomestici. La tua famiglia e i tuoi amici potranno godere di questa casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni con camera bonus e ampio lotto. Ancora meglio, godranno dell'ottima posizione vicino al lago di Pagosa, al golf club di Pagosa Springs, al centro ricreativo con piscina coperta e vasca idromassaggio, a negozi, ristoranti e ad una breve passeggiata di 30 minuti dal comprensorio sciistico Wolf Creek.

    Questa casa ha un ampio parcheggio e mentre salite le scale godrete di un bel ponte coperto con grill a gas e legna per la stufa a legna interna. Mentre cammini in casa, ti renderai conto di essere in una cabina del Colorado con pavimenti, pareti e soffitto in legno. Il soggiorno è accogliente, il tavolo da pranzo è grande e la cucina con nuovi elettrodomestici si apre sulla zona giorno / pranzo. Nella hall troverai una nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice e in fondo al corridoio troverai una camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera a castello per i bambini con un letto completo sul fondo e due letti singoli con TV nella stanza. Entrambe le camere da letto al piano superiore accedono al bagno completo al piano superiore.

    Scendendo le scale si accede alla grande sala bonus (attualmente nessuna foto poiché i mobili non erano ancora stati consegnati) dove i bambini possono rilassarsi, giocare, guardare la TV e dormire sul divano o sul materasso ad aria. Ci sono 2 camere da letto matrimoniali al piano di sotto ognuna con un bagno completo nelle vicinanze. Ogni camera ha nuovi letti comodi.

Spring Break at Pagosa Springs

The house with four bedrooms and two living areas was perfect for our large family stay. Although the kitchen is tight, we were able to prepare all our meals, and all gather around the large dining table each evening for dinner.

Excellent house and even better if you have dogs. Very large yard that is all fenced in with a gate, so the dogs can roam to their heart's content. The house is very nice with great furnishings. Kitchen has everything you can need and there are two living areas to hang out. The deck has an umbrella heater as well as a gas fire pit which make sitting outside wonderful.

Terrific Location and House

The house was conveniently located to downtown, restaurants, mountain biking and hiking trails. The house had a terrific layout and a huge fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood. Recommend it highly!

Beautiful decor with a quaint cabin feel and lovely outdoor space.

This was perfect for our weekend get away. Slept 8 adults comfortably, the outdoor area is set up for 6, but beautifylly situated. A quiet neighborhood. There were fans in everyroom, but may be a bit uncomfortable during days over 85 degrees.

Great Stay

Everything was as advertised. Office was very attentive to our questions and everything worked well in the house. Internet is very speedy. We even woke up to ten inches of snow on our final day. Awesome time in Pagosa.

Had a great stay! If I have to provide a critique it would be the kitchen utensils. Pots and pans were in poor shape with teflon damage, no cookie sheets, and no full size plates to eat off of. Great place otherwise

We are ruined now - nothing less than this will do in the future. The kitchen was well stocked, there is a lake nearby that made for perfect morning walks. We saw deer, foxes and many types of birds. From the front deck, we watched hot air balloons in the sunrise. Beds were comfortable, no kids had to sleep on couches (although I napped on the living room couch and it was the best!) and there were plenty of bathrooms for our crew. The house stayed cool during the day, and we really enjoyed the wood burning stove at night. I wouldn't change a thing!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Bear Cabin and would like to bring our family the next time we visit Pagosa Springs!

Great place

Clean and fun spot to stay at. Very cool cabin feel! Short drive to town as well. They had some computer issues causing some hiccups but they were quick to respond. Little tricky to figure out who to contact as well but Scott was quick to respond. I know things happen but they were very professional about getting it corrected. Would love to come back again for another ski trip.

Great cabin in Pagosa Lakes subdivision

Our family enjoyed our stay in Lazy Bear Cabin - plenty of room for our family of 8 adults. The wood burning fireplace in the living room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.
