In cooler weather, unwind in the private hot tub with panoramic views of the San Juan Mountains as the sun dips behind the peaks.

Inside, light pours through expansive picture windows that showcase the changing seasons — from vibrant fall foliage to powder-topped mountains and spring’s fresh blooms. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for your group a joy, while the variety of comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces ensures there’s room for everyone to spread out or come together.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests:

· Main-level primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath featuring a large soaking tub and towel warmer
· Three upstairs bedrooms, each with king beds and vaulted ceilings (one converts to two Twin XL beds for flexible sleeping)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
