Beautifully positioned among the pines, this lovely, comfortable home is close to all of the amenities that Pagosa Lakes has to offer. Inside, this home features a living room with a circular fireplace. Begin each morning with a soothing soak in the private indoor hot tub, and step out onto the deck to take in views of the sunrise and the surrounding San Juan Mountains. There's a gas grill on the wrap-around deck as well, allowing you to spend summer days barbecuing with a view. In the evenings, enjoy a large-screen TV with satellite cable and a DVD player in the living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Was perfect for our family of four with a dog. We loved the close access to skiing and the hot springs. The hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes. We will be back!

Not as described. No grill, no hairdryer, miniscule soap bars, poorly equipped kitchen, one dishwasher soap, minimal toilet paper, four chairs on back porch (2 torn and covered in sap), dirty rug, cool hot tub. Advertlsed for 6 people, but poorly equiped for 2. Never again.

Winter vacation

It was ok need to high dust , beds were awful which was mentioned earlier in year , I was told improvements were made which I guess putting egg crates over mattresses were an improvement. The hot tub was the highlight of the house. Noted a smell in one of bedrooms which reminded me of a kitty litter box so I bought air freshener for room. Parking was good.

Great Experience!

Wonderful experience and heartwarming stay at the location. The overall atmosphere and cleanliness was standard for any normal stay. The hot tub was a very appealing after a rough day of ski ing and was much needed. I would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in this area.

Ski trip

We only picked it because of the hot tub and it was a nice clean 4 person hot tub we used after skiing. The master bed mattress sunk in the middle so my husband slept on a uncomfortable pull out couch that was 100 years old and had filthy sheets on it. We washed sheets and I vacuumed the mattress because it had dead bugs on it. The bathroom was small everything is old and dated. Needs a deep cleaning. Cob webs, dust bunnies and dirty walls. We left a day early to get home to our comfy bed and didn’t get a refund. I don’t know about the other beds, but are kids stayed on them and didn’t mention anything. I would recommend a new king size bed in master.

We really enjoyed it

This was my family’s first trip to Colorado. We had lots of snow the few days we were there. One of the best things about this house was all the windows. We sat around the fireplace drinking coffee watching it snow. Also we use the hot tub every day after snowboarding..

Dirty sock left behind on brown sofa, empty candy wrappers under end tables, in living area. Otherwise a beautiful place, spacious, hot tub is awesome...the outdated washer and dryer made me hesitant, but worked fine!!! Excellent vacation, thank you!!
