“Al lol the staff were very helpful. There was a couple of things that needed some repair like the front entrance, but overall it was an excellent place.”

“I loved the property. Everything was very clean and quiet. My only complaint was that it took forever for the water to get hot and I hated wasting all that water. Also the pond was a little stinky but I couldn’t smell it unless I walked by, So not a big deal. The guy who cooked breakfast was awesome! So kind and helpful!”

“Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.”

“Staff was only present when we checked in. Then never seen again, not even at check out. All they had was a basket on the desk to return keys. The pool was cloudy. Hot tub was green and smelled. Breakfast in the morning was equivalent to getting something at a gass station. The room smelled so bad it gave me a headache, it was like they were trying to cover up other smells. No not recommend”

“The suite was very nice with 2 large separate bedrooms and full kitchen. Staff was helpful in finding a pet friendly restaurant with a patio.”
