Se stai cercando una grande casa di famiglia vicino al sorprendente Turkey Springs Trail System con oltre 30 miglia di sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta e il Lago Hatcher con alcune delle migliori trote di Pagosa Springs, Pagosa Peak Retreat è la casa per te.

Al piano principale c'è una cucina molto grande e ben fornita che si apre sulla sala da pranzo e soggiorno con nuovi mobili in pelle, camino a gas, grande TV a schermo piatto e un sacco di spazio per tutti da appendere fuori. La stanza è grande con molta luce naturale e si apre sul grande ponte posteriore con grill a gas, tavolo, sedie e vista sulla valle. In fondo al corridoio troverai la master suite con letto king size, TV, bagno separato e ampia cabina armadio. La camera da letto principale ha anche porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono sul ponte posteriore. Inoltre, al livello principale è una stanza di polvere e lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Al piano superiore sono 2 ampie camere da letto ciascuna con letti queen size, cabina armadio e condividere un bagno in comune con lavandini separati disponibili per ogni camera da letto. Entrambe le camere hanno una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne, sulla valle e sul lago Hatcher.

Questa casa si trova vicino alla strada Piedra per un facile accesso, ha un sacco di parcheggio vicino alla porta d'ingresso e parcheggio camper o roulotte sul lato.

Great pet friendly home in Pagosa Springs!

We had a great stay in Pagosa Springs, our first time traveling with our pup. Plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked too!

Great home in quiet neighborhood

Wonderful mountain neighborhood home

Feom the ease of communication with the property managers, to the view from the kitchen window, this home was exactly what we were looking for. This home made a great place to hang out and rest up and a great base camp for Jeep driving. It's a quiet neighborhood very close to turkey springs road which was our first Jeep trail of the trip. Its a little bit out of town and there were mule deer all over the roads!

Great cabin retreat

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood with great views close to town and recreational activities. We would definetely stay here again!

Not quite as advertised

The property is beautiful and accommodated our large group of 3 adults and 5 children. There is NO internet though which I would have never booked if I knew this, since I had to work. None of our calls were returned. No pillow cases but the 2 on the bed or sheets for the hide-a-bed. Coffee pot does not fit the coffee maker (too short) thus the first pot of coffee did not go well. We had a wonderful time but I had to buy internet jet pack from Verizon in town to meet my needs and again no one returned my messages.

When with fmily for a quick getaway, house was clean and very well stocked. Communication was very good prior with a concierge service for activities and rentals. The property was about 15 minutes away from the hot springs and main street. Being pet friendly there was no smell of pets when we stayed…very important, would recommend to management to add central ac, we would have paid more for that. Will probably be back to get some fishing in ….

Great place to stay

This was a great property to stay at. Very comfortable, clean, and all was as listed. We really enjoyed the location with great sunsets off the back deck while grilling and enjoying the fall weather.

Just right.

The views made our mountain stay with my 91 yr old Mom reminiscing about previous trips exceptionally nice! Sis and wife enjoyed it as well. Everything we needed. Each mornings visit from the fox is a nice touch.

Amazing house!

The house was amazing, and everything was super clean and very comfortable. We were a little worried about the AC but it was alway nice and cool inside. The house is very close to the downtown and all the activities were very close by. Everything was a lot of fun, and we are very happy that we decided to come here!

Great Experience

The residence we stayed in was a perfect one for our family. It was very clean, well equipped, and spacious. The location is terrific...right in the middle of everything but yet very private. We were able to do everything we had planned and then some. The staff could not have been more helpful.. we already have begun planning g our next stay in Pagosa Springs!!!

Perfect getaway

We had a great trip and the house was perfect for our group of 6 plus two dogs. There were 2 adults, a 2 year old, and a dog who shared the master downstairs. There were two bedrooms upstairs where 2 adults and a dog stayed in one room while the 9 year old daughter took the other bedroom. The bath that connected the two rooms was perfect since each side had their own sink and area to get ready. The kitchen was a great size and open to everything. Jessica at the management company was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive, very quickly.

Great Experience

We were very pleased with the cabin and the service during our ski trip to Wolf Creek. The cabin was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. This is a place we would love to return to in the summer. We also received prompt, friendly responses to questions and requests.

Home sweet home.

My husband and my daughter and 2 dogs stayed for a week. Fantastic! It took us no time at all to settle into this beautiful and well appointed space. It truly felt like home. All of the conveniences, very clean, beauty that only Colorado can provide, and trails just down the street! Our daughter said they were some of the most well cared for trails she had seen. This home is made for families to hang out ! The management company is exceptional! All of our needs were met and our questions answered ASAP. They are all about friendly service! This space surpasses even the lovely photos online, and it was just what we needed to relax and vacate stresses of life.

Loved it!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The arrival info was perfect and Lori kept in touch with me prior to and throughout the stay. The home is in a perfect location close to all the fun activities we enjoy. The house was well stocked with essentials (including antibacterial soap!) and we felt welcomed at the property from the beginning. Beautiful location, views, and peace and quiet. We'd stay again, for sure!
