Dalla nostra famiglia alla tua, speriamo sinceramente che ti piaccia la nostra casa e tutto ciò che il Colorado ha da offrire!

A pochi minuti dalla casa è possibile praticare pesca, caccia, nuoto, campeggio, rafting, tubing, sorgenti termali naturali, terme, tennis, pallavolo, pattinaggio, longboard, ciclismo, escursionismo, sci nautico, sci sulla neve, giri in mongolfiera , bird watching, birrerie e dispensari locali, arrampicata su roccia, 4 ruote, ristoranti, giochi al casinò, monumenti nazionali, equitazione, golf, gite in slitta, sci di fondo, viaggi in treno, zip, motoslitte e molte altre attività! Potresti non ottenere tutto in un solo viaggio, quindi ti invitiamo a vedere le stagioni uniche e belle durante tutto l'anno.

La casa è perfetta per riunioni di famiglia o abbastanza calda per fughe romantiche.

Ampio soggiorno con stufa a pellet riscaldante (non dover andare fuori per la legna da ardere!) e comodo divano 2-reclinabile con 2 poltrone reclinabili perfette per grandi gruppi, TV intelligente da 48 ", lettore DVD, sala da pranzo e grande WIFI. Cucina ben attrezzata con stufa nuova, microonde a livello degli occhi, frigorifero affiancato, lavastoviglie, bar per la colazione, macchina per il caffè 14 tazze, piatti e servizio di posate per 10 e lavanderia separata con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Al piano inferiore: camera da letto principale con letto king size, lavabo con lavabo, cabina doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il ponte fuori dalla sala da pranzo ha un tavolo, molti posti a sedere e un grill barbecue a gas. Goditi il tuo caffè sul ponte mentre guardi l'alba e la vita selvaggia.

Al piano superiore: altre due camere da letto, entrambe con letti completi e portabagagli. Un bel soppalco che funge da camera da letto supplementare con un divano letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli. Il bagno al piano superiore ha una combinazione doccia / vasca e il bagno ha una ventola inodore, quindi non puzza dopo l'uso!

This trip was meant to help our family relax and get away from stress. That is exactly what happened. My son and i had our birthdays that week and we were able to enjoy the outdoors, use the hot tub every night, cook our own meals, see wild life and without any issues. The rooms were nice, kitchen had all the pans you could need and the jet tub in the bathroom was great! Thank you for being a great host!

This was by far the best winter vacation my kids and I have had. The home was spectacular and homey, all the additions such as sleds, books and board games kept everyone busy and excited. Communication with manager and owner were beyond easy and great. We had no issues and plan to make this a yearly trip!! It was nice not having to worry about bringing anything. Just made a quick trip to walmart and had all we needed. Which the location was close enough but not too close that is was loud and busy! Very peaceful property which made using the hot tub very relaxing! Thank you so much for the memories

From check in to check out everything was excellent. The Familia Ball checked on us to make sure all was perfect. Hot Tub, Garage Games and Board Games were a hit with the kids. Jacuzzi tub is very nice, plan to use when. Hot water heater is full for best experience. Views from the living room are gorgeous. We highly recommend the Familia Ball Home. Thanks for letting us stay!

We loved staying at this home. Bill, the owner and Kim, the property manager, were very helpful throughout our stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the proximity to paved biking trails and mountain biking trails. The hot tub and games in the garage were a huge bonus! It’s listed as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually a 4 bedroom which worked out wonderfully for our family!

My family stayed here the week of Christmas and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. Plenty of beds for our group of 10. It was clean, had all the kitchen gadgets you need for cooking meals, including many seasonings, large refrigerator and plenty of seating. We were there to ski, but the kids loved playing outdoors in the snow and there were even sleds in the garage they used for sledding. The garage also had darts, frisbee golf and a foosball table. And a bonus is the outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing. Couldn’t have been more perfect. The property owner and manager were both easy to correspond with as well. Would recommend!!

The house was very easy for a large family. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, with plenty of spices - nice! The hot tub was a wonderful respite after hikes or kayaking in the area. Overall, this was a wonderful value for our group of 7, and the hosts communication and responsiveness was very welcome.

My group had a great time. We had garage space for our Vespas which was a treat. The house was impeccable, the furnishings nice, and Billy Ball an awesome host. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the deer wandering through, and the hot tub in the evening.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. Its in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of wildlife viewing if you just sit still for a couple of minutes. The house had a few amenities that we found thoughtful, like some of the automatic lights in some of the closets and rooms, the coffee/tea/host drink selection provided, etc. Bill was great with helping us find a good place to fish as well. We didnt want for anything.

Property was fantastic for the group we had. Everyone had space to to do their own thing or hang out as a group. We were close to the grocery store and hospital which was nice since a party in our group broke their leg first day of skiing. Master bedroom was on ground floor which was also nice for that individual to be able to get around the rest of the stay. Hot tub was a nice feature as was foosball table in garage for older kids. Communication with owner was fantastic and much appreciated.

This is the perfect place to leave the troubles of everyday life behind and enjoy a quiet few days nestled in the woods of the Rio Grande National Forest. All the amenities are included, from soap & shampoo to coffee & cooking oil - with a hot tub to boot! Highly recommended, we even plan to be repeat clients!

This cabin was close to town, very comfortable and scenic setting. The owner communicated with me several times when I had questions. This is a beautiful home and we enjoyed staying there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family.
