Experience a mountain retreat like no other in this stunning uptown Pagosa Springs condo, available exclusively for stays of 30 days or more! Bask in the breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains from the comfort of the covered deck. This charming condo is perfect for creating lasting memories with loved ones, whether you're enjoying family games or venturing out for thrilling outdoor activities like snowboarding and skiing at Wolf Creek.

Guests will be provided check-in instructions 48 hrs. prior to arrival.

With so much to explore in Pagosa Springs, you will find adventure around every corner. From aquatic activities on the San Juan River to the fresh powder slopes of Wolf Creek, the natural beauty of this area is sure to please guests of all ages. Featuring multiple soaking pools, the geothermal hot springs are a must-see during your stay. After drying off, head to one of the many restaurants for dinner and drinks! Close and walking distance to all the amenities, shopping, restaurants, golf, tennis, swimming, grocery and fitness center. Beautiful pond and views of the mountains will amaze you.

Step into this delightful two-level condominium, the perfect setting for a memorable vacation.

On the first floor, to the right of the entryway, you'll find a cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, along with an attached bathroom for added convenience. Step outside to your own furnished deck, where you can enjoy morning coffee, BBQ, or simply take in the breathtaking mountain views. A grassy area nearby provides a perfect space for outdoor activities.

To the left of the entryway on the main level, you'll discover a fully stocked kitchen, a welcoming dining area, a convenient laundry space, and a cozy living room. Large windows fill the room with natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The living room also features a queen size, pull-out Murphy bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests.

Heading upstairs, you’ll find two spacious sleeping rooms—one with a luxurious king-sized bed and the other with a comfortable queen. A shared bathroom serves the upstairs, offering both comfort and privacy.

The neighborhood invites you to explore, with charming walking paths that lead to local boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants—all within easy reach.

This home is more than just a place to stay; it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the serenity of the mountains. Come and create lasting memories in this peaceful retreat!

Exclusively for stays of 30 days or more
Pets with landlord approval.
There is plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. There is no assigned parking spots for the unit.
There is no swimming allowed in the lakes.
Fishing: You will need to obtain a guest fishing permit for a small fee. Permits are located at the Rec Center located at 45 Eagles Loft Drive.

Non-motorized boating: You will need to obtain a boat permit for a small fee. Permits are located at the Rec Center located at 45 Eagles Loft Drive (some boats require inspection). *Please note that boats aren't permitted to be stored inside the Condo, boats are permitted to be stored at the access points with a permit.

Gym/Swimming: As a guest you are welcome to use the Rec Center located at 45 Eagles Loft Drive, there is also a fee to use this amenity.


Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.

Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
