Questo affascinante e confortevole casa di tronchi si trova su 7. 68 acri in prestigiosi Pagosa Peaks. E 'nella Foresta Nazionale di San Juan a 8.000 ft., Con facile accesso e le strade che sono ben mantenute tutto l'anno. Abbiamo 360 gradi delle più belle viste in Pagosa Springs. Se ti piace la solitudine mentre accedi ancora a tutti i servizi immaginabili, allora 'Heart Rock Ranch Pagosa' è il posto che fa per te.
È possibile visitare il Hot Springs in città o fare escursioni a piedi, mountain bike, equitazione, escursioni in motoslitta, sci di fondo. Va bene dalla cabina. Wolf Creek Ski Resort è a soli 60 minuti e offre sci alpino e snowboard opportunità negli stessi 400 pollici di polvere che la U. S. Ski Team allena ogni inverno. La stazione sciistica è aperta da inizio novembre a fine aprile, quindi approfittate della loro lunga stagione.
La casa è completamente attrezzata, compresi i nuovi letti pillow top, biancheria e mobili come la cabina è stata ristrutturata e aggiornata solo 3 anni fa. La casa 8 posti letto comodamente con un letto matrimoniale, due letti queen size e due letti singoli. La cucina / sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per dieci e la cucina è fornita di tutto ciò che un cuoco gourmet avrebbe bisogno.
Si può fare una passeggiata panoramica al mattino o semplicemente sedersi sul ponte e godere della ricca fauna selvatica. In inverno mesi godere della grande camino a legna nel soggiorno per stare al caldo tostato. Perfetto anche per una cena romantica come ci si siede accanto al fuoco e guardare le stelle escono.

Spring Break

It is a cabin in the middle of the National Forest, so location was nice for a get away but took longer than expected to get to town. First impression inside was not great, it smelled like mildew so I can only think it was due to the leak in the master suit that was being repaired (which we were refunded partial payment for the inconvenience). Second impression was that it was not very clean. There is old food on the cabinet faces, old food between the oven and countertop, and very unorganised dishes and utensils in the cabinets. I have stayed in several VRBO rentals and they are always more organised and clean than this rental, unfortunately. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were 4 hours out from the cabin (after already driven 11 hours on the road) and got notified that the washer and dryer unit were not working as they should have been. That was very inconvenient and I am just grateful we overpacked as we typically like to wash clothes each evening as if we were home. The water in the home is very sulphur rich and when you turn on the tap large amounts of dark sediment are released, I can assume it’s from a water well or other source (again we were in the middle of a national forest, but that would have been nice to know so we could have prepared to bring in extra water to cook with and drink). Overall, it was a place to lay our heads down at night….But I would not rebook in the future, unfortunately.

Excellent location, beautiful scenery. Heater could use some air balancing, master bathroom extremely hot when the heater was on, master bedroom was always colder than rest of house. Other than the heater it was a nice stay.

Colorado retreat

This cabin was the perfect spot for our family. The house itself is very nicely set up; it was clean, comfortable, and functional on the inside and provided great views and "deck time" on the outside. I highly recommend this property.

Incredible Mountain views!

My family absolutely loved this location and cozy cabin. It had everything we needed and the most beautiful 360 degree views we have seen in a long time. We would love to come stay next year as well. The only thing that was even a little problem was the upstairs loft double bed. It was very noisy and sinks in a lot to middle and felt like it might break. The toilets in 2 of the bathrooms were great for little children but too small for adults. Those are the only things that could make it better. It really was such a wonderful place for us to make more memories with our children and grandchildren. We have been coming to Pagosa area as a family for 30 years and my husband's family for 65 years and they camped on the Pedra river. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. We look forward to staying again next year.

Another trip in the books!

This was our 6th stay at the Heart Rock cabin and we loved it! The weather was perfect this time of the year. We enjoyed the hot springs in town and a short trip to Durango. Mostly we relaxed and took in the view! We will be back! Kristy

Nice country cabin

This cabin is about 12 minutes drive from Pagosa Springs, which is just right: not too far where it's inconvenient to go to town if you need to, and not so close that there is traffic and noise. The cabin was clean and comfortable. There are homes on neighboring properties, but not close enough that you would feel your privacy is compromised. There are some unpaved roads to reach the cabin, and if you visit in the winter, you will likely have to drive on some snow. The weather was very pleasant for our stay. There was snow on the ground, but it was not too cold. The cabin has central heat which worked well, and also a very large fireplace with a porch full of firewood supplied. Cellular service through T-Mobile and Verizon was weak and unreliable at the cabin. The cabin has Wi-Fi through CenturyLink, but unfortunately it was out of service for our entire visit. There is a landline phone in the cabin for emergency communication since there is no cell signal. The water is very soft. We had a couple of hours with no hot water, but I think it was our fault for trying to use too much at once (dishwasher, washing machine, shower, etc.) Overall we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, and this is a very nice place. Would come back again.

Amazing time at amazing place

Property sits in the mountains of pagosa springs. Amazing view all the way around, Snow was thick and added to the experience. Everything was functional, fireplace, ac/heat worked great. They had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back to this property!

Excellent, beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property, with beautiful views all around. The house was comfortable with excellent accommodations. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything that you might need for meal prep and special occasions. The owner was very available and helpful when we had a few initial questions. Our reason for going to this area was to view the fall colors of the aspens--and the area did not disappoint! We would gladly return to this property and the area, and highly recommend it to singles, couples or families.

Gorgeous, remote, peaceful, perfect

The house was beyond expectations. Clean, cozy and a lived-in and loved vibe that made us feel like we were staying in the home of friends/family. The surrounding area is spectacular. It is remote -- a 20-minute drive to town, on partially dirt/rutted roads -- but totally worth the privacy, peace and quiet. Thank you!
