Nestled in the scenic San Juan River Village, this inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is the ultimate retreat for outdoor enthusiasts. Its prime location offers unparalleled convenience—just 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, making it one of the closest and most accessible stays for skiers. Unlike many properties in Pagosa Springs that require a 30-45 minute drive to the slopes, this home allows you to maximize your time on the mountain. After a day on the slopes, unwind with a soak in the famous hot springs, only 10 minutes away.

Beyond winter sports, the home's setting provides unique access to the national forest, offering a wealth of hiking, biking, and ATV trails to explore during the warmer months. Whether you're looking for an action-packed adventure or a peaceful mountain escape, this location delivers year-round excitement.

While not directly on the river, the property is in the sought-after San Juan River Village, just a short walk from the San Juan River, where you can enjoy world-famous trout fishing in a breathtaking setting.

Inside, the townhome welcomes you with a spacious entryway, perfect for stashing your gear. The open eat-in kitchen and dining area create a great space for gathering, while the upstairs living room features a cozy gas fireplace, built-in bar, and plenty of storage. Two additional well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms ensure a comfortable and private stay for all guests.

Step outside to take in the stunning mountain surroundings from the outdoor seating area, or simply enjoy the fresh alpine air. With a 2-car garage and extra driveway parking, you’ll have plenty of space for vehicles and gear, making this home the ideal base for your Pagosa Springs getaway.

There is so much to do both in town and nearby here in Pagosa Springs! Wolf Creek ski area gets the most snow in Colorado, is a favorite during winter months, and is 30 min away. There is fishing, camping, canoeing, and climbing in the summer months. Hot Springs are open year-round. Hot Air Balloons will take you up for an amazing adventure year-round and they touch down on a lake. Speaking of lakes – there are 7 in the area! We also have tons of biking trails. The downtown area is full of fun to be had, and it’s about a 45 minute drive to Durango.

-The weather can be unpredictable in the mountains! Be prepared for the season you are traveling in.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1500. We loved our stay. The location is great. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house has a brand new kitchen with new appliances. The beds are very comfortable. The house was very clean. Nice layout with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy!
