Il miglior surf, wdsurf, snorkeling di Maui sulla spiaggia appartata + AC

L'appartamento si trova a meno di 100 metri da una delle più belle spiagge semi private di questa zona, e anche il miglior ristorante dell'isola, Mama's Fish House.
Non è fronte oceano ma ha una piccola vista sull'oceano.
L'edificio Kuau Plaza è in stile retrò, costruito negli anni '70, l'appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato ed è molto pulito e confortevole.
Ideale per le coppie. Molto romantico . Grandi tramonti.
Letto matrimoniale, lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia, tutti gli elettrodomestici da cucina. Sedie a sdraio e attrezzatura per lo snorkeling forniti. Lavanderia all'interno della proprietà. Nessun servizio di pulizia giornaliero incluso.
Importante: Stato generale delle Hawaii ExciseTax 4. 167% e Transient AccomodationTax 10,25% non sono inclusi. Una tassa del 14. 42% deve essere pagata ai proprietari quando arrivate. Il parcheggio in loco è gratuito. Paia Town è a pochi minuti di distanza ed è unica a modo suo: ristoranti alla moda, boutique dei migliori negozi e il miglior negozio di alimenti naturali che tu abbia mai trovato. Sei in una posizione ideale per il tuo viaggio a Hana o Haleakala Crater, risparmiando circa 2 ore di guida rispetto a Kihei o Kaanapali.
Hookipa Beach ha surf, wind surf e nuoto con le tartarughe, a soli 5 minuti di distanza.
Paia Bay, Baldwin Beach e Baby Beach sono tutti in pochi minuti e luoghi eccellenti per nuotare, fare surf e uscire con la gente del posto.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very clean, cute and comfortable. Walk to the beach (ask the owners to how to get there - it took us a few walks along a sketchy highway before we figured out the safe way). Apartment supplies beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chair and coolers. Expect to drive to restaurants and other sites. Would be even better with sharpened knives and some wash cloths available. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Beautifully decorated condo. Great location to the quaint town of Paia. One mile from the iconic Ho'okipa Beach Park, which was amazing- Turtles, surfing and relaxation !

Jan-Feb 2023 Maui-West Paia VRBO stay.

Pros: Easy to find; well maintained; good amenities; responsive and thoughtful owner; assigned parking; beach extras included, i.e. chairs, cooler, snorkel gear; good kitchen and supplies; close to Paia and baby beach; walking distance to Mama's Fishhouse and Baldwin beach; Cons: Sleeping hour traffic noise is significant (starts to increase at ~4am); Drive entry/exit can be hazardous as it's right on a fast traffic blind turn; limited hot water supply, i.e. shower (we're pretty fast so not a problem for us); Bed is small and soft (opinion); Bathroom is small but manageable for two; visitor parking availability was zero for the week; nearby Baldwin beach is nearly unusable, i.e. no facilities, extremely small and smaller with turtles onsite; Mama's Fish House - 6 months out on dinner reservations!; Summary: We found ourselves driving west to Lahaina/Kaanapali. This place maybe an excellent location for a single/couple seeking to be in this area of the island. Bring your earplugs for sleeping, the constant cacophony of traffic tappers off to a trickle toward 1am and kicks into gear at 4am. J-brakes, performance and failing exhausts are the main orchestra members in this ensemble.

Spring stay in Paia

Overall this was a great addition to our trip of Maui. All in all everything was great. Downsides of this place to me were: the price, located along a busy road, and no elevator. The prior condo that we stayed at had an elevator which was much nicer with our luggage.

Great Maui Stay!

Aloha! We loved our stay! Don’t judge the building by it’s first glance. The unit is clean and well put together! The AC unit in the bedroom was amazing and cooled the room down so quickly! You can see the sunrise from the front balcony and the back balcony has a beautiful beachy view. This is steps away from the beach and the famous Mama’s Fish House, minutes away from the shops of Paia, and right on The Road to Hana!

Unit was updated and large. A/c was a floor unit in bedroom. Could not sleep in bedroom as a/c was VERY loud; if we turned it off the traffic out the window was VERY loud. We ended up moving the mattress to the living room and sleeping there as it was quiet, but no a/c so very hot even with windows open and fan on. Toilet runs every 15 minutes so that also kept us up when trying to sleep in the bedroom. Not what we were expecting based on the reviews and nightly rate. Will not be back.

Great place to stay if you want to go on the Road to Hana. The apartment was beautifully redone. There are some fun shops and restaurants close by. The beach pictured is further away than we expected. About a mile and half away.

Nice condo with access to north maui

Property is convenient for heading to the north side of the island. Close to fun Northside beaches. Only master bedroom has a/c. Furniture is not super comfortable but this is not why folks go to hawaii. 3rd floor and no elevator makes luggage a bit challenging. Short walk to the beach

Fabulous condo for two in Paia

Arturo and Victoria offer a handsomely renovated, one-bedroom unit with a balcony and well-equipped kitchen on the third floor of a small condo complex. They provide beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and beach towels. They were promptly responsive to our questions. The condo is about a mile outside of Paia and a stone's throw from Mama's Fish House (where you don't need a reservation if you arrive at 5p.) This is a perfect location for visiting the entire island--close to the Haleakala Crater and sits on the Road to Hana. This last bit is the only drawback, as traffic noise from the road never lets up. Not a good choice if you are a light sleeper. Using the AC unit in the bedroom or ear plugs may block out some of the noise. We used Paia as the jumping off point to see the entire island, and to visit various beaches, waterfalls, blowholes, and natural pools around Maui--any of which can be reached within a half hour to two hours drive. Five stars!

What a great little apartment with good access to north shore activities. If you are a light sleeper the Hana highway traffic outside the bedroom window will be an issue. If the living room had a sleeper sofa option I would have slept there. But the unit is super clean and has everything you need. Very tasteful renovation.

Paia!

Paia is a nice change from the tourist towns like Lahaina. More local eateries and a short drive to anywhere on the island. Kuau Plaza itself could use a major exterior renovation. Looks like it’s a bit run down from the outside, but the apartment itself was nicely redone and comfortable.

Better than expected

Better than the photos! The place was clean and bright and comfortable. Walkable to Mama's Fish House, the beach, quick drive into Paia town. Easy parking. Loved the Lanai. Could hear neighbors and some road noise, but otherwise very peaceful.

Ptivate Beach

Short walk to a nice private beach (with turtkes !!!) Close to Paia Town great location. Oweners were very accomidating to add a couple of days to our stay !
