An attractively finished lodge, situated within the village of Marldon, this property offers spectacular countryside views and is in a central position to make the most of the multiple sought-after locations. Placed within a Christmas tree farm, you’ll feel the festive atmosphere whatever the time of year. Within 5 miles is the radiant town of Totnes, with a quirky market, unique shops and cafes and a handful of restaurants. Less than 3 miles away is Paignton, which offers a variety of sandy beaches, seaside fun and locally sourced food to try. Slightly further afield is the historic town of Dartmouth (10 miles) with a range of attractions, including Dartmouth Castle, Britannia Royal Naval College, and the Dartmouth Steam Railway. Retreat to Dartmoor National Park 12 miles away and hike the beautiful scenery and see wildlife in its natural habitat.

Stepping inside this stylish lodge, you’re pulled in by the warmth of the underfloor heating throughout and the gorgeous interiors. Entering from the rear patio doors, you’re welcomed into the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. This free-flowing living space includes a Smart TV, a wood burner and a couple of cosy sofas. There is a dining table situated in the corner for meals and the fully equipped kitchen provides a great space to entertain and prepare food. To the rear of the lodge are two bedrooms, the first is a zip-and-link king-size bedroom with a stunning en-suite featuring a walk-in shower and WC. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV and another equally beautiful en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside, enjoy al fresco evenings in the outdoor seating area, cooking up fabulous feasts in the designated BBQ space and enjoying the views in the sunken hot tub.
