Soleggiato Ampio Seaview Stunner

Una casa per le vacanze calda e moderna con ampie viste sulla città e sul mare. Privato, silenzioso, ma centrale. È facile rilassarsi in casa e l'impostazione. La città di Paihia è a 6 minuti a piedi da ristoranti, spiagge e servizi. Nessun problema di parcheggio! C'è tutto il sole del giorno. L'ampia planimetria a pianta aperta offre un ottimo flusso interno / esterno mentre cucina, sala da pranzo e salotto conducono su due ponti esterni soleggiati con splendide viste, mobili da esterno e barbecue. La casa è adatta alle famiglie. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato e il suo mazzo con una splendida vista sul mare privato da letto! Ci sono mobili di qualità in tutto. Ha una cucina ben attrezzata e cose che ti aspetteresti come un sistema di home entertainment, internet, DVD, libri e giochi. C'è un doppio garage con ingresso interno e un parcheggio sicuro di fronte alla casa. Se hai una barca, c'è un deposito per barche poco costoso e sicuro vicino.

Ladies 60th Birthday Celebration Trip

We loved the views from the accommodation and how accessible it was to the township of Piahia. We walked everywhere although we had our own transport. Two things to bear in mind the return walk to the house is very steep but a great workout after the extra bit of cake. The driveway was a tight squeeze for our hired Kia Carnival. Lovely views with spacious living area

Enjoyed our stay at Sunny Spacious Seaview Stunner. The views of the Paihia harbour were beautiful, the house was clean and had all the kitchen and laundry equipment needed. The only downside was the bunk beds made noises when anyone moved. Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay in this clean and comfortable house.Sitting in the chairs on the deck overlooking Paihia with a cup of drink was really relaxing!We enjoyed every minute of it!!

We enjoyed the views and the convenient location. We liked that their was plenty of room, lots of towels, and nice cotton bedding. We appreciated the high level of cleanliness, the aircon and the two bathrooms. We loved the atmosphere of Waitangi Day, and relaxing in the sea and sun.

We had a beautiful stay here in Paihia. Great location, beautiful home and super relaxing. Perfect base for day trips to Russell and up to Matauri Bay. Convenient to get into town but the house and views were so comfortable after days out that we were happy to relax and regroup. Only slight negative comment is that we found the upper bunk bed not suitable for an adult (even though my son is slight build) which we had assumed it might be so kids doubled up. Otherwise perfect stay.

We had a great stay, the home was nice and warm and amazing views of the bay of islands from the living area. Brett was quick with communication and the info booklet was handy - great tip about getting the car ferry to Russell. The home had everything we needed for a comfy winter stay. Thanks!

Fabulous home and great views!

The photos don't do this gem full justice. Views from three balconies. Clean and well equipped kitchen and home. Ambient lighting was a treat compared to many others we have stayed at. Driveway took a little skill to maneuver, but we enjoyed the two car garage. We would highly recommend this home and hope to visit again.

Just like home

Awesome place, with amazing views of the sea. Clean and spacious, modern, everything you need. We spent alot of time on the deck, soaking up the sun and view with the bbq going! Short 10min walk to the restaurants, great location.
