The dining options were extremely close windowed and not flexible. Breakfast was really poor quality with limited choice with many expected food items not bailable or offered. “Quite possibly one of the nicest Guesthouses I have ever stayed in. the owners are qualified chefs and you can tell - breakfast s are amazing , in terms of choice , portions and quality Lynda has like a very interesting life and most happy to share a lot of her adventures I could I listen to her for ages! Exceptional location right by the train station. Most comfortable pillows ever. Really felt like one of the family would definitely return again thank you both for having us. X”

“We had the hayloft that could sleep 3 but was a win for us as a couple. It was in a out building, with easy access to the garden, bar and dining areas, but was a bit difficult to get suitcases over the gravel pathway. Very quiet, lots of space and windows to open. The restaurant meal and breakfast was fabulous.”

The hotel is quirky in terms of decor but clean and comfortable with everything you need. Free parking is always a bonus as was the nice breakfast. The in-house brewery was a nice addition and the beer was great. Would definitely recommend!”

“Stayed in the Scudamore apartment for a few days. The property is easy to find with plenty of parking. Easy access and both Nadia and Claire were very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. The apartment has absolutely everything we needed, very comfortable, clean and tidy. The shower is excellent and milk tea coffee were provided as well as the very much appreciated mini jaffas. Will definitely stay again. ”
