“The Bell is a beautiful old building and our room was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The view from the room was amazing. Access was through a separate door to the pub, so we didn't have to be back before the pub closed and could access the room any time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakasts were delicious and lots of choice on the menu. Lovely pub dog too! We would definitely stay here again.”

“A Characterful Coaching Inn set in lovely countryside - staff on the reception were very good, Bar and waiting staff, young but pretty good. The 2 steak dishes we had were also pretty good. We'd certainly stay here again. The Cosy Double Room we had just for 1 night was very clean and in excellent condition.”

“Staff friendly and helpful. Our bedroom needed a USB socket and decor was clean but tired. The windows in our room had not been cleaned for a good time, whilst at the hotel entrance they were clean. Two seats in reception doorway were damaged giving a poor first impression. I feel that the £5 per night car park charge should be refunded for resident guests. “It was a lovely stay, in a tiny town, the bell inn does lovely food with a great atmosphere! The room I had was lovely and cozy with the world’s biggest bath. Bindy the owner was lovely, she made me two lovely breakfasts and I got to meet her very cute furry friends! I would 100% stay again it was nice to go running and have a bit of a social media detox as the signal wasn’t the best but it was very much appreciated! I work away with work and stay in a lot of new places but this one I will...
